Right click>save picture as>save to somewhere you´ll be able to find them later.
Then just open them in your graphics program [you use PSP methinks?], and use them... Paste into graphic as a new layer or something like that.

This may seem like a dumb question, but what do you use textures for?

Usually just to add color (or effects) to a pic/blend, and sometimes as a background.

I used two layers, actually... the bottom layer is color dodge, (I erased most of the top half using 25% opacity) and the top layer is... can't quite remember... screen, I think. Maybe soft light, but I'm pretty sure I used screen.
