I still don't get how to change the pictiure that you make on PSP to jgp or gif. could some one explain it to me. I'm not much of a computer person so small words would be nice.

Well when you click on the save button (  ) this box will pop-up, right? Then you click on the drop-down menu and choose either .jpg or .gif

You know what? I couldn't work that out at first either - it took me ages to realise that you didn't have to save it as a PSP image!
