Screen capture sites are always incredibly useful for making graphics so please post any good sites you come across here.

Desiring Hayden has a lot for RotS, and not quite so many for AotC, but they're only scenes with Anakin.
Ewan McGregor.net is sort of the same thing. (just scenes with Obi-Wan)
Dominate your Destiny has some, but not nearly as many as the other two.

Use the Print Screen button located on the top right of your pc...Then you just go to where you want the cap, right click>paste...and then presto! You have it! You need a program that has the "crop" tool though, or at least can cut away part of an image.

Also, if you have a program like InterVideo WinDVD, just play your movie in that (it's like Windows Media Player, but you have to buy it -- but it was on my computer when I got it) and hit the "P" button on your keyboard whenever you want to take a cap, and it will make the caps for you and save them in a folder :)
