First, I get too simaler pictures. Here is one of the pics of Orli I used: 
After you open your image in photoshop, duplicate the layer. Click on the top layer and the go to Filter>Artistic>Colored Pencil. 
Click on the top layer again, and then hit [Ctrl+I]. (Invert Colors) 
Duplicate that layer, then select "Color Dodge". Then, click on "Merge Down". 
Then click on the top layer and put it on "Overlay". You can use the erasre tool to erase some of the weird marks on his face. 
I hope that makes sense.

That looks really good...in fact for just finding that and figuring to do all the inverting and stuff is amazing*smile* <cheers> |
