thats a link to my orgainisations webbie but my club may e getting myspace. Basically Tae Kwon do is a fighting style that has changed many times throughout the ages and has had many influences. It is best known for its powerful kicking techniques.,

My mate Jay Jay was at the English championships and won gold lol. Has anyone here been in a competition no matter how big or small?

Nope, I've never been in a competition, but you probably couldn't find one where I live anyway (or even near it). The closest thing I've been in to a competition is a event inside the martial arts group I'm in, but we didn't give places or anything like that.

This club seems to have died so i may as well post. Someone might reply lol
Anyways, on the 1st of July Im going to be sparring in the Tae kwon do world championships. Its gonna be at the NIA and might be awesome. Wish me luck!
