than yes, the guy with the red cloak is Vincent Valentine! lol! The most awesome guy with a gun in Final Fantasy(so far that I've played/seen in a final fantasy game/movie) _________________

Yeah, I know only a handfull of final fantasy characters myself (which is why I haven't taken the poll yet, lol!). But, I've played Kingdom Hearts, which, evidently has Cloud, Yufie, Cid, and Sepheroth. But, there's alos one who they call Leon in KH, but, I'm wonder, the Lamenter. Would Leon be Squall Leonheart who is in Final Fantasy VIII? _________________

I wouldn't no, I've never gotten a chase to play KH.
I'm going to ask for one of the FF games for christmas, so should I just start in order with the first, or does it really not matter what number you start on?

Number doesn't matter. I watched FF7 Advent Children, then played FF7 Dirge of Cerberous. Then played half of FFX, and then part of FF12, and then I'm playing FFX again. And so far the only thing thats the same are:
airships
Chocobos
a guy named Cid
so, no, it really doesn't matter which order you do them, as long as the ones in the number are in order. for example FF7: Before Crisis, Crisis Core, regular #7, Advent Children, Dirge of Cerberous(or at least that's the order I'm sure they should be in...)
