Do they mean familiar to House fans, or to viewers in general? Because that makes a big difference.
I'm going back and watching season 1...it makes me happy!
EDIT: I doubt it's Cameron because that would just be so complicated. I'm dating Wilson after I broke up with Chase, but I was obsessed with House. I don't think it would work very well.

You bring up a good point. Hmmmmmmmmmm.....*scratches head*
Well, I was just saying that if it were a character familiar to the show, then there's only two really feasible characters. I'm not saying that its either of them. And you'd be right about Cameron -- because there'd have to be a LOT of explaining. But before she hooked up with Chase, there was always something between her and Wilson. Or maybe that's just me with wishful thinking.
But if this pans out to be true, I mean, if it turns out that Wilson gets a girlfriend, it'll DEFINATELY be interesting to see who it is. *nod nod* Whether or not the person is familiar to the show, or just to viewers, the fact that Wilson might be getting some is just exciting. Because I always feel bad for him. XD
Maybe that's just because House is always blowing him off and we all know they belong with each other and the angst just makes Wilson emo and that's why I feel bad for Wilson rarely getting some.
Ooooooh....1st season?! Good season!

First of all: It says a very familiar face (that will be revealed), meaning it doesn't have to be someone that Wilson's particularly familiar with until now.
Second of all: I would flip, absolutely FLIP if it was CIA lady. I would refuse to watch House.
Third of all: Dude. C'mon. Cameron/Wilson? Awesome. And besides, the Hamerilson is what us fanfic readers live for.

Kit, you put things so simply. Ha ha ha ha.
I'm with you on the CIA lady thing though. I think there would be mass riots throught the country. Insanity would ensue.
Although I don't read fanfic, Hamerilson is what we live for. XD And we ALL know it. And by "we," I mean anyone and everyone that watches House.
And yes, Cameron/Wilson IS awesome.

Dude, Cameron/Wilson...I don't if I could handle that. I like Chase too much to see his heart completely smashed to pieces like that. Cuddy/Wilson...that'd be hilarious, but still not quite right.
But I'll be happy if Wilson ends up with anyone, because he deserves it. He's so cute.

Honey is the vegetarian lady right?
If so...
My guess is that it is Honey being that she is the primary guest (for lack of a better word) that had....some....character development.

Haha, that would be so weird.
I'm actually watching a rerun of House now, and it was when Cameron and Chase were sleeping together. Ugh, I despise those episodes.

Yeah, I would hate to see Chase that unhappy. I like Chase. He's not House or Wilson, but I like him.

Wilson and his reindeer hat owned me entirely last night.

Kit, I couldn't breathe during that scene. XD I was laughing so hard. It was AWESOME.
And can I just say, whether it was a kiss-ass thing to do or not, when Kutner gave House his present, it was one of the cutest things. AWW. XD
But, DUDE. House's smile at the end in the chuch was by far THE most devilish smiles I've ever seen on Hugh Laurie's face.
And what is this House special after the Super Bowl? Weird! I want to see it, obviously...but why after the Super Bowl? BAH! I'm not going to watch the game, so why should I have to wait for it to end?
OH! Found a loverly picture: http://www.fox.com/house/tvguide_cover.htm

I love that picture.
Last night's episode I was really expecting to be better. It did not have the intenseness as the past episodes have had. It was just like: the patient is going to die. Oh well, there is nothing we can do.

Will House finally get lucky. Puhlease. He had grand opportunities, he just hasn't decided to act on them.

I was also quite amused by the very devilish smile that house gave at the end of the episode. It made me interested of why he went to a church happening (which he constantly claims himself as an athiest.) FUNNY!

I LOVED Wilson's reindeer. I was laughing so hard I think my roommate thought I had lost it. Oh man....
So, all that hype about Wilson's girlfriend, and then there isn't one? Maybe in the next two episodes.
I've got mixed feelings about this episode. On on hand, I really liked that FINALLY House has got a team. 13--honestly, I know some people see her as a Cameron clone, but I think she's got a little more spunk than Cameron. Kutner cracks me up as he seems like a college kid who hasn't become an adult yet. I'd like to see him grow up a little more throughout the season. Taub...I don't particularly care about him one way or the other. That could always change.
The case, on the other hand, was meh. Seriously. It didn't seem to matter all that much. The episode, IMO, was really about the team and House and the clinic patient. I loved the Secret Santa thing though--House putting his own name in five times was pretty hilarious. And then the fact that they gave him gifts anyway. Made me laugh.

Well, when I read about the now infamous soon-to-be girlfriend of our Wilson it said something about the "Super Bowl" episode. Which I, at the time, didn't understand. I was like, "House is on Tuesdays, NOT Sundays you idiot." Little did I know the episode in question IS scheduled to air after the Super Bowl. Like, right after. SO, this Sunday we'll find out. Huzzah!
But I agree with the comments about the case being "meh." The episode itself was alright -- the case wasn't anything spectacular. Although, when the girl told her mother the cold hard truth, I was a bit like, "WHOA."
I guess it was just an episode finally showing that there is actually a team...that can work together.
I wish Wilson and House had exchanged gifts though. That would've been awesome.

*pokes head in*
Could I pretty please join?
My mom kinda got me hooked on House. Yes, my mom. I randomly stay up and watch TV with her sometimes and...things progressed from there.
'kay, and embarrassing thing: I thought 13 and Cameron were the same person Up until just a while ago. I haven't been seeing the episodes in any particular order, and until I saw the season 1 finale I totally thought they were one and the same. So yes, I feel rather stupid now
(and I just read the first post and know nothing about medical specialty thingies...so I'll take lab rat )
