May I join? I´m one of those metal freaks ya know
I love most subgenres of it... black, death and nu aren´t really my styles though I don´t mind listening to the the first two. I was a nu-metal fan when I was 12
Fav bands? Will mention some other time... I don´t feel like writing a long essay right now

Weee Elfe! Welcome to the Metal society.
Yeah I was into Linkin Park and Papa Roach for about... 2 months... 6 years ago... then I snapped back to reality and became a sane person again lol

I dislike Papa Roach intensely. Not as much as Linkin Park or Limp Bizkit. But they irritate me a lot.
Middle Class white boys singing about poverty and such things when they have no idea what living on the bread line means.
Viking lookin' guys are teh best. About 80-90% of the guys I know all look like this.

Yeah I totally get what you mean. I just liked "Last Resort" that one summer but that was it.

Hmmm I'm not really sure whether I learn more about Metal in general or just becomes generally confused when I hang out here... but it's also a way of entertaining myself....

Phoenix, I stumbled upon your YouTube account when I was surfing around looking to expand my poor metallic horizon. Didn't know you had one...
I've got a few songs with Linkin Park and one with Limp Bizkit I think... I never pay much attention to the lyrics... but I liked the song... so I must be a bad (metal) person.
Speaking about Vikings. There's a viking in my class... tall, long blonde hair, shoulder length (he always wears it loose, never in a pony tail... which I think is fascinating.. it would drive me crazy!! But he seem to tend it very well, it's strong and he's got no split-ends and I'm almost positive he uses conditioner... err... that didn't sound vikingish but believe me, he is!!

I really must add some new vids lol
The myth is that guys with long hair dont look after it, and it's greasy and unkempt. Simply not true, I know guys like the dude in yer class that has perfect hair and likely looks after it better than a lot of women do
Granted there are exceptions, but it's rare.

I know an exception... or rather an ex exception.
Mom´s bf, the one we live with, had looong, droolable hair before we came. It was messy, unclean, but it was YUMMEH.
But my mom wouldn´t be herself without going on "OMG get rid of that hair of yours" so yeah... goodbye long hair.

One thing that makes me is people who have long hair and mistreat it.
One thing that makes me is seeing long hair cut.
This applies to men and women. Me? I'm ultra phobic about hair cutting. But I have my reasons, which I won't bore anyone with.
