I would also say he would have been happier living eternally. But he was with Arwen as King so he was very happy. No doubt it trouled him that she would die long after him but....

I also think Aragorn would be internaly happy amongst the elves but perhaps he would also be happiest being the king of Gondor after he discovers his full potential of being king.

I actually think that he'd be happier in Gondor. Elrond also said that he would not let Aragorn wed Arwen until he was King of Gondor and Arnor, so if he lived with the Elves, he would be without Arwen. And if he was with the Elves, he would carry the guilt of leaving a great country without a king for the rest of his life. He would be very unhappy.
Oh yeah,...can I join?

Ooh..difficult. He is good looking but I don't think that's what really attracts me to him. He's strong, noble and good. Basically what a real man should be.

OoO! I'll join! Don't know why I haven't joined sooner!  Anyway, I'm attracted to Aragorn because:
1. He is good looking.
2. He seems really honest and just.
3. I think he will be a great king!
4. He would've given his life for anyone in the fellowship, and a lot of other people too.
I think he just seems like a really great guy!
