Well, the exam I did better than good
But with the banner... it seems that will take longer... it seems to be more difficult than I thought, because of all these millions of Elizabeth fotos, all these lovely scenes from all 3 movies, and it's difficult to sort out which would fit best to such a banner, to portray her as a whole, not only in one scene as below in my banner...

I am glad you did well on the exam.
Yep, I know exactly what you are talking about. She does so many awesome things throughout the trilogy that it is hard to narrow them down to about 3 pictures. It would be tempting to just use of ton of pictures, but then of course the graphic would look too busy.

Thanks!
Well... you're totally right, I believe if there would be a banner of such a small size, with 1000 pictures of Elizabeth in it you wouldn't recognize Elizabeth anymore! There would be simply faaaaar too many emotions, memories etc. floating through one's mind.
Well, but I will try on, I'm sure that one day I'll be successful

Haha, yeah that would ruin the entire purpose of the banner. I guess it is better to have to struggle getting the right pictures, than to use way too many.
I am sure you will be as well.

Yup, indeed. Well, give me a few more days to sort out those thousands of pictures.
Well, besides of making banners... what could we talk about? Maybe what our favourite scenes with her are? Or did we already have that...

Sounds good.
Sure we can talk about that.
Let’s see, her best scene IMO has to be the "Hoist the Colours" scene. I believe that T&T meant this scene to be her crowning moment, as well as to kind of redeem her for the whole DMC Jack deal. Other than that I also like her in the "Isla Cruces" scene in DMC. I am not sure exactly why I like that scene so much, maybe because it was her first substantial scene in DMC. And then another great scene is when she takes over the BP with Will when Jack abandons the ship. Her and Will's marriage scene is also cool.
As you can probably tell, I like her in every scene.

Alright, first try that I finished, you need to tell me what you think about it:

Lol, you really like her in most scenes, just like me Well, these scenes are definitely some of the best where she is in... let me think, do I find any other? Yep, well, in the fist movie when she escapes from the ship, frees the crew of the Black Pearl and follows Jack inside this cave, I really like that she doesn't follow her father's orders and takes her life into her own hands, for the first time actually, and does what she thinks is the right thing to do.
Well, and then I just have to agree with all these scenes you mention, there are so many I really like her in!

I think it looks great. It shows the character progression of her from the beginning till the end of the trilogy. I also personally think it is cool that she has the same expression in both of the big pictures. The only thing I might do is possibly bring in a picture from DMC. Other than that small detail, I think it looks awesome.
Yep. She is awesome in every scene. I also like her in that scene from COTBP. I like that it is the first time we see the Elizabeth from the second two movies also. The person who is not afraid to go against what someone tells her, if it means doing what she thinks is right. I think that is my favorite scene with her from COTBP.

Lol thank you very much! As I browsed through the picture galleries, I thought that I'd take somehow similar scenes in the movies to show how she progressed in these years. At first I wanted to take a picture from the first movie, deleted scene, where she is on the Dauntless at night, speaking to Jack, as well as her speech in AWE, but somehow it didn't fit very well with the colors... so I thought, I let her speech be, and portray her rather as King and a similar scene on the beach of this small island with Jack... well... maybe I'll fit in a DMC picture, if I find a fitting one And I'll look on if I have some more ideas for another banner
Anyways...
Yes, exactly, she just shows her courage in this scene, and also proves therefor how much she loves Will in a way.

You are welcome. That is kind of what I thought you were shooting for. Hmm, I can see where that would have been an awesome graphic, if it was not so hard to get the pictures to work together, but I think what you did is just as good. Yeah but if you have another good idea, another banner would be pretty cool. I think fan clubs can have more than one official banner anyways.
Hmm, maybe I will even make a banner if I get some inspiration. Right now I am working on a pre-made claim, but once that is done, I might make an Elizabeth banner or two.
Yep, that is exactly right.

Yep, I think so too, fanclubs can have more than 1 banner, cause whoever wants a banner of the club then has the chance to choose. And thanks, I actually quite like that banner for myself
Really, well, if you have time I'll be glad if you'd make some banners for Elizabeth as well

That is the way that I always thought fanclubs worked as well. I guess since you are the founder, if you are cool with the idea, I shall make a couple.
Yeah, you ought to be proud of that banner. It looks very well done.

Well, of course I am Can't wait to see what you will come up with!
And well, I decided to leave this banner just as it is. This is, cause I am a person who, if I once am into something and get it finished, and then take a pause, I hardly can get into it anymore to edit and change it. This can be with essays, or with banners.
So, I'll just put the banner up in the first post so that people may take it.

Awesome. I hope you will like what I make.
Yeah I hear you there. I am the same way. I had a banner just a few days ago that had some flaws, but I had just finished it and could not bear to rip it apart and redo it. Yeah essays are hard to revise too. I have always struggled with writing because if I think I did the best job I can do, I find it hard to try to improve upon it.
Sounds good.

Yep, I'm sure I will, definitely
And indeed, I think for myself essays are just the perfect example: You are so deep into what you write, then you finish and take a pause, and afterwards you just think it already is perfect what you wrote, so there is no need to change it in any way.
And with banners it's just the same, once you finish it, there is no way to get you back to edit it

Hope so.
I am the same way. It is a miracle that I ever passed writing class. I guess you just have to train yourself to be able to redo things, which is much harder to do than say.
