Yes it was bill....I figured we should have a quote from one of the weasley's that hasn't been used that often....
It's from DH I don't have the direct quote as of now and i'm very tired so I don't feel like looking for it...but if someone would like me to post it ask and I will...But congrats Amoniel you are correct! And it is now your turn to post a quote.

You're right Eariel, it was Amoniel's time. But that's okay Inwe, you couldn't know since you were new. I'm sure Amoniel doesn't mind you posting that quote though, she can just do one later
