Haha, well, I've heard both that the movie destroyed it or that the movie actually made the book seem better (meaning in a good way, of course). Opinions have been really varied, honestly. I for one, refuse to take an opinion. You have to go out and see it (whenever it gets there) to really understand.

ahem.
as if y'all couldn't already tell from my spendiferous new sig set (HI PANDY!! *waves*) i enjoyed the makeout scene probably waaaaay more than i should've.
i have no shame. xD
i thought all the actors were really good (though i'm still not really a taylor lautner fan), i just wish there would have been more time (epic 6 hour long movie, anyone? or at least deleted scenes on the dvd..) to develop the other characters. kinda wish everyone either had more lines or screentime. other than that (and maybe the sparkles) it actually met most of my expectations, and i had realllllly high ones.
maybe i should just go see it again..
*looks up bank balance* errrr....
...i wonder if it'll be playing in paris when i go to france in a week and a half...

Ohmygod that sig is too amazing. That's insane.
...sorry. I was going to say something, and then I got completely sidetracked.
And I am not ashamed to admit that the hairs stood up on my arms during the crazy tension right before he kisses her. Both times I saw the movie.

^^exactly. also, i agree with a statement you made somewhere that i've never wanted two characters to just freakin make out during any other movie. XD
what's going to happen when i get a boyfriend? o.O
^
that's the point of it.
i have the same reaction most times when i see my own posts. xDD
also, did anyone else catch that scene when she's all flustered, and charlie's trying to talk to her, and she totally drops her backpack on the floor on accident?
i love that they didn't forget about her clumsiness.

^that's a good point! I totally missed that! And I'm pretty sure most of us were like "make out already" I remember that same thought while reading the book. And my friend who's reading it now has the same problem with it. haha.
And its cool that you're going to France!! Just going for vaca?

Well, honestly, I was completely in love with the spot where they put Never Think, though I found it a little odd at first. And of course, Flightless Bird, American Mouth is amazing, so it wouldn't have mattered where they put it.

Haha, I always love it when another person joins because it's almost always someone who's like, almost remorseful that they like the books. Yay us!

My mom read Twilight as well and she really liked it. I'm surprised actually, but really pleased all the same. She started New Moon but I'm not sure how far ahead she is.

Ha, my mom read the books too. She really liked the first three, but hated the last one, same as me.
... Breaking Dawn. Ugh. I'm still hoping she's going to say 'No! Wait! That was just a joke! Here's the real one!'
