I didn't say I don't like character development. I just said I didn't like where his character went. Also, just my humble opinion.
And I have a question for you guys. Do you think that in the upcoming Doctor Who finale is where Jack is going to recruit Mickey and Martha to his team? And if so, how are they going to explain that on Torchwood? Because they always try to clarify (just in case people only watch Torchwood, I suppose).

I got no issue with him or anyone else being added to the cast. Mickey of the past is not the Mickey that we'll likely see anyway. He'll have grown up, matured lots. Plus with his work on Kidulthood and Adulthood, he can handle mature subject matter. Noel is a great actor and a very talented man, so nope. No problem for me at all.
Oh I ADORE Mickey! Ha ha ha! He's so awesome! 
I guess my whole spazz attack in the Doctor Who club was out of surprise and shock. I just can't see Mickey in Torchwood. I mean, I can see him working for Torchwood...just not in the show. I don't really know why. BUT, I still love Mickey, no matter what. XD
And besides, "What are you? Captain of the innuendo squad?"

I can't see Mickey in Torchwood either. I will admit that it'll be interesting to see how it's pulled off. It's definitely going to be strange.

I just like Mickey as independent. When hanging out with Rose and the Doctor they seemed to go out of there way to treat him like crap...and Rose was supposed to be his girlfriend too. I felt for Mickey, being the butt of people's jokes isn't fun at all. So for me seeing him get over Rose and making the transition from being comedy relief to an independent, capable guy was really pleasing for me.
You know, I never thought of that. That could be a real possibility that they are recruited by Jack either in the finale...or something we don't see off screen that will then be explained in Torchwood.
MB....LOLOL I can;t wait to see Jack and Mickey interact again. So much love. <3 _________________

I agree with you there, Phoenix. I didn't like it when he traveled with Rose and the Doctor, because I agree, they treated him like "the metal dog."

Poor Mickey.  I love Mickey. He's one of my fictional boyfriends, actually. 
As for him being in Torchwood... it's strange, because I can't see him working for them, but at the same time I think he'd be wonderful.

I think I try too hard with RPing. xD So I end up thinking about what to post for the entire day and then the RP either dies or goes ten pages without me. 
I've had a few moments of Gwen!Hate recently, but I would feel awful if she actually did die. As long as she stays with Rhys, I'm good. But as soon as she starts to steal Ianto's man, then she'd better watch her back... _________________
