Hopefully if they make the Hobbit lotr will return to the spotlight. But I hope that Potc will be sort of like Star Wars, where people will like it for forever. After all, how can anyone let the infamous Captain Jack Sparrow fade away?

Just like Jack Nicholson from The Shining and Gene Wilder from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and whats-his-name from Hannibal. Great actors have that one movie that no matter whether it's early in their career or late... they're always known for that role.
