Darnit.
So it doesn't have anything to do with thier body wieght. It mentioned that one drank it quickly, while the other drank slowly. Is that the reason that the second lady died?

Making sure.

So if you're asking, "Does the speed of which both women drank their drinks relate to the cause of death?"

Yes.

Yes, that was what I was wondering. Thank you.
I have no clue. I will think.
Is the drink alcoholic? Does it matter?

By the way, there was a special on the Discovery Channel about people who were thier own twin. Two embrios had fused togeather. That was a House episode, wasn't it? The kid who kept thinking aliens were coming for him.

Uh.... what question are you trying to ask me?

YEP! There was an episode on House about two embrios being fused together, that's when a person becomes a "Chimera" (was also a case on CSI :D). Anyways. That was in the episode 3x02 Cane & Able.

It thunders a lot before it rains here.. that is not weird at all. Although, I live in FL. That might help.

Nauriel Rochnur- If the drink was alcoholic, the first woman should have died and the second lived..

I think I know the answer to the riddle!

Assuming that there was ice in the drinks the two women ordered, of course. I would ask that question, but last time I asked a question to make sure I had the answer Nauriel got it before me. So I'm just gonna guess I'm right.

There was poison in the ice cubes. The first woman drank it quick enough so that the ice didn't melt into the drink. However, the second woman's ice melted completely into the drink, and the poison killed her. Right?

Well...I'm not entirely fond of that riddle. Wait....ha. I'm so stupid. I was about to point out that icecubes would melt in your stomach. Of course, being an ordinary woman, she probably didnt eat her ice cubes. I guess I should stop eating my ice cubes. I could get poisoned.

Of course, why would the icecubes be poisoned? The person who did it must have it in for every one! Mass genocide via tainted icecubes! Just playing devil's advocate, sorry.

Okay, can I just point out the flaw in that riddle?

The moment you take the ice out of the freezer, it starts melting. So, ... yeah. The ice would have for sure melted just a wee bit in that woman's drink. No matter how fast she drank it. There's the time that the bartender, or whoever, mixed the drink, to the time she actually ingested it. So...TECHNICALLY the ice melted in BOTH drinks -- poisoning BOTH.

XD

So, unless she's like Westley in Princess Bride and has built up an immunity to the poison, she should die as well. :P

Although, then you could get into the toxicity of the poison...and depending on how much you have, kills you.

It was probably not enough poison to kill her though

Oh for crying out loud. YOU'RE the one that watches CSI!

And we all watch House. When it comes to poison, you need to be specific! Depending on the poison, and depending on the amount (if it's a poison that only kills with certain amounts), you die!!

I suppose I'm the sort of person who points out those sorts of flaws. :P I ruin everything. XD

So, unless she's like Westley, and has grown immune to all poisons, she's either dead with the other woman, OR experiencing some horrible symptoms.

Now you are putting Sci-Fi twists on the riddle.. Montana. With those, all riddles have infinite possibilities of right answers.

Me watching CSI has nothing to do with this. :p

Anyways. Episode clips are up on the Whiteboard and the new riddle is up.

SCI FI TWISTS?!

That scenario/riddle is SO not real life!!!

Absolutely could NOT happen!!!

If that ever happened to me, I would not be betting on my chances. I wouldn't try and drink it fast enough if I thought it'd save me...because, if there's poison in the ice cubes. I'm dead. Anyone with drinks that have ice cubes, dead. RAWR.
XD

Yeah, Kit. I suppose I shouldn't have brought up your CSI, so unrealistic. ;)
