It's like, we all hated Jones in DMC, and now we pity him... generally, o' course.

I didn't hate Davy in DMC though  I've always thought that he was amazing, and I still think that now _________________ <center>

Notice, generally. Lots of people hated him, I'm with you though. I adored him. And his Crocodile Machine.

I'm partly ashamed, partly proud to say that i skip most of the scenes in DMC just to see Davy and the Kraken and the FD. *shrugs* its clearly the best part of the whole movie.
When i went and saw AWE again yesterday, i really liked the part wehn Jack was swinging around on the rope and Davy is holding the chest and Jack shoots it out of his hand. he has the best shout of shock, and then he gives Jack this realy priceless look. Its awesome.
Or when him and Jack are chasing each other around on the deck of the Flying Dutchman, and their circling around the one thing that they used to summon the Kraken, and their sort of weaving their heads, and Davy gives Jack another priceless look and walks halfway through it. The Jack spins him around and Davy goes all "scary tentacly face" on him.

The bit where he kind of... tentaclises Mercer was so cool! I want to know how they did it with the cgs... I love it! I think I was the only person in the cinema still conscious and watching though, a girl in the row behind me fainted  _________________ <center>

Yeah, the bf laughed at me when that part came. I'm just a insy bit squimish, and I hid my face in his shoulder or neck. Not sure which anymore. He about fell out laughing and some people behind us shushed.
