Good thanks, I normally use GIMP for the base layer because whenever I resize in PSP it goes all fuzzy. But I always finish off in PSP. I'm pleased I got it.  _________________

Unfortunately I don't. I just sorta plod along with graphics programmes, and I've never really looked. But I'm sure there are some around. JF might know, she's a whizz on PSP.  _________________

I should probably try to look at more tutorials in my spare time, but since I've gotten it, I've been teaching myself how to use it since I've never had such an awesome program.

Yep, you can join. 
Hmm....there are PSP 5 tutorials out there, but because I don't know what PSP 5 really looks like, I couldn't say if PSP7 tuts will work for you.
I have an idea. Why don't we all Print Screen our PSP pages, and then we can compare the different tools etc? Then we may find what techiniques will work in different versions.  _________________

Well, , if they do, I'd love to join.
I got the trial of PSP XI and so far I love it but.. being a former PS user, it saddens me to not know how to make a simple banner. 
Anyways, I'll join up if anyone still resides here.
