I know the picture looks a little weird, I think the person might have drawn him off of Remus from PoA movie, but I love the way that Tonks is, well the way she's looking out of the side of her eyes at Remus and leaning towards him, makes me laugh. Although she looks a little too old in the picture

I don't know, Harry isn't usually very perceptive of all the other students around him. Its usually just his year, the Gryffindors and Slytherins he keeps really close tabs on..
Although I suspect we would have heard of Tonks getting into mischief from Fred and George
