^ Yeeah, you gotta wonder how the Packers are going to do without Favre at his best...though I'm told the back-up quarterback is also quite good.

The back-up quarterback has talent, he just needs the experience. But he did pretty well against the Cowboys defense after Favre got out.

I hope Favre gets well! At least for next season for another career start!

That Dallas vs. Detroit game was NOT good for my health. I really thought that they were going to lose 27-21 when it hit the 2 minute warning but I should keep my faith in Romo I s'pose. Twice this season he's scrambled together last minute plays to win the game, the first one was for a field-goal try against the Bills (25-24), and this 28-27 had the same theme.

Romo's my hero. NFC East clinched, wooohooo!!

Whoo! Packers won! Not that I really expected them not to, but I can still celebrate, right? Ah, that was a good game. I especially loved the Raider fumble and then we got it in the end zone. Nice challenge there, McCarthy! *dances around the room*

I'm glad Brett Favre was up and around, let's hope that elbow has a full recovery!

Patriots win. What a surprise. :disgust: Man, I thought the Giants had them.

Well, we had a bit of a mess against the Bears. Nothing could be worse living in Bear central. :yuck: Of course we can't beat them, it would be too easy. Grrr.

On a football side note, I must say I'm disgusted with my Illini. C'mon guys, you beat Ohio State! What was with all the turnovers? I didn't really expect a win, but 40+ to 17? I expected more than that.

The more they win, the more I hate them. I mean----geez, now that you're 16-0, you can afford to lose one game. Soften the blow for us losers. :p

*does short but exuberant victory dance*

16 and 0 !!!!!! Best season ever - as long as we win the superbowl.

Brady gets record for TD passes; Moss same for TD catches in regular season. And the best unbeaten season ever. There was another record set in the game, but I can't remember what it is.

Bring on the playoffs!

Come one folks, this ought to be the most active and excited time for this club. We are right in the midst of the playoffs, so everyone ought to be eagerly speculating the outcome of each match. but I will concede that perhaps all Colts fans are a little upset at the moment *tries and fails to look grave about the Chargers victory*

So, it's the Championship games this weekend. Naturally my money is on the Pats to win the AFC, but who will win the NFC and face them in the Superbowl?

Unfortunately the Cowboys loss in their game----but that's okay. I'm hoping that Green Bay wins, because they definitely deserve it.

YES!! Cowboys lost! That means we face Giants at Lambeau --and we've beaten them once this year already. :bounce: I really really hope we make it to the Superbowl!

:P Well, they did beat us once you know. I'd rather not travel down to where we're 0 and 9 and miss the chance of a win, right?

Well, there's being proud of your team and there's being spiteful. Try the positives. ;) I really can't stand team-bashing.

I think seeing Farve in the superbowl would be fantastic. Just to show that no matter how old you get, it is still possible to play at the very top level.
