I liked his fighting scenes. He was so awesome! I mean, my friends hate stuff like LOTR, but they had to admit that they (for the first time ever) thought that the scenes of Leggie during the war sequences were bloody brilliant!

Everyone at my school hates Lord of the Rings. It saddens me because they do not know what they are missing. Though my parents love it and we watch it alot and they particulary like when Legolas jumps onto the horse during the warg attack.

His action scenes are awesome. I have always loved the warg scene in TTT. I just love his intense stare and that part when he jumps on the horse-that was such a cool move!
I also love the oliphaunt scene in ROTK. In fact, every time I watch ROTK, I always need to put the oliphaunt scene in rewind so I can watch it again.
I completely agree with you Evenstar and Pan, Legolas has many awesome qualities. I love his intensity in battle, the loyalty and protectiveness he has for his friends and his unmatched skill with a bow. But hey, as you mentioned, his good looks don't hurt!

*laughs* I hope so...
I always wanted to try to put it in slow motion when I watched the movie, but I guess it's pretty much in slow motion when I do screen caps from the show. Hmmm...I haven't done screen caps for a while though *wonders which Legolas scene to do next...*
I remember the first time I went to see ROTK and this woman got up and left the theaters when Legolas came on and blocked my view (it was the scene when they were about to leave for the Paths of the Dead). I was so mad!!! How could you leave a movie as fantastic as LOTR and then to make it worse, leave when Legolas is on? Oh well, at least we applauded him in the oliphaunt scene. That was one of the coolest action sequences I have ever seen!
Yes, please join goldelf! And how about you hobobagins09, will you please join too?

someone left... that is just so wrong. I have never experienced someone leaving the theatre when watching a LotR film.

Yep. I thought she was just going to the bathroom-but she never came back. Oh and there was another instance when the woman sitting next to me, slept for half of the movie and woke up at the charge or the Rohirrim. I was annoyed that she slept through half the movie, but you wouldn't believe that I liked her better when she was sleeping. When she woke up she was asking her husband or boyfriend (whoever the guy she was with was) if the orcs were the good guys or bad guys. And she didn't like the part when the Rohirrm charged into battle either. Thank goodness she did not have anything bad to say about the oliphaunt scene- I probably would have lost it.

I can't believe you could stand that woman. I would of stood up and shouted at her.. but then I might have missed a good part which is probably good that i wasn't sitting next to her.
