Oh! Yay!!! I think I'm going to try to be brave and ask to take singing lessons and I'll think of Elijah when I do (if I do). I'm so scared to sing in front of anyone, but once I do it, I'm fine. It's just that first step...

If your parents say yes and you can afford it, then I would definitely say go for singing lessons. I've been taking lessons since I was your age and I have never once regretted it. :)

So I joined this committee of girls on my floor in my dorm room called "Inspire Me," we write inspirational quotes on Post-Its and stick them on everyone's doors to inspire them and brighten their day. What did I choose for my first-ever note? Elijah's famous quote "Dream the impossible, because dreams do come true." <3

Okay. I asked Mom lat night. She said we didn't have the money. So, I asked her if I could continue piano on my own and takes singing instead. She didn't really reply...

Aw! That's such a great idea!!! Mind if I steal the idea? I want to start that around the house! Yes! I LOVE that one!!! Good choice!

Aww, I get it, though. Singing lessons can be a bit pricey. For a while, we couldn't afford them (my dad hasn't worked since he lost his job when I was 15) so I had to pay for them myself for a while. And now I have to pay extra college tuition in order to have them here. Hopefully she changes her mind!

Yes, go ahead and steal my idea! the website http://operationbeautiful.com/ is a good place to start, too, although it focuses more on inspiring people to embrace their inner beauty than just general inspiration. And OF COURSE I had to choose that quote, it's so perfect!

I had a dream involving Elijah last night, but I can't remember much of it...somehow I'd gotten into the recording studio where he was recording all of his lines for Happy Feet 2! XD

This thread looked lonely, so I found this awesome clip to post here! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1o2Fc0G9XDQ

WARNING. This clip is VERY beautiful and emotional. Do not watch unless you have a box of Kleenex nearby, because you WILL cry!

I don't have a box of Kleenex, so I'll take your advice and won't watch it now though I really want to!!!

And yes, this thread is getting very lonely! What happened to Gemb and Femelf? They haven't been on in a while!!!

I don't know! I guess people are just getting busier with school and such. I still don't know where Alanna disappeared to. :(

Yes, Aerli, wait til you have Kleenex! it's the behind the scenes of Elijah's last ever shot on LotR!

Yeah, I suppose so. I know!!! I miss her a lot!! Hope she's alright! Oh, I posted a picture of myself in the pictures thread in case you want to see...

Aw! I hate "last ever" things! Like the ending of a good movie, or book or friendship! So sad! Don't have Kleenex yet! I may be able to tomorrow!

I know, I'm getting super worried. I'm like a worried little mother hen over here. :(

Um...so apparently Elijah is a big fan of Halloween, particularly scary movies and those fake haunted houses where people jump out and scare you. He's been tweeting about it a lot lately. XD

Aw! I don't know what to say to comfort you or anything! I never know the right thing to say when the time comes!!!

Really? Whoa. Um, interesting. I've never been to any of those haunted house things or seen especially scary movies - but I do like to dress up! Can you copy and paste what Elijah has to say over here?

I trying to decide whether I should wear my favorite Arwen costume (I don't want to buy it, but I don't think I'm good enough to make my own...) or just wear a cute old-fashioned dress!

Aww, sweetie, telling me not to worry is like telling the sun not to shine or Pippin to stop eating. Especially when it comes to my friends. Worrying is just what I do. :) It's okay, really.

Haha, I was your age when I watched my first horror movie. I still remember it, it was 'The Amityville Horror' from 2005 or so and it was at a theatre party. I screamed! Whenever I scream at movies, though, I always don't realize I'm doing it until after the fact. Like, I'll hear a scream and recognize it as such, but I don't realize it was actually me screaming until later! XD I don't much care for scary movies, though.

Sure, I can copy-paste his twitter messages! Probably not all of them, because many are replies to things other people have said and don't make sense without the original person's message, but I'll do my best!

I want to be Arwen for Halloween too! but the costumes are soooooooo expensive...I found an old purple medieval-style dress of mine that might work, but it's a little short, the hem is above my ankles. XD I hope I can find something a little better.

Ha ha ha! You sound like my mom!

Yeah, the only "horror" movie I've seem is The Mummy. It really didn't look real. I don't get scared too easily, but I still prefer action and comedy (like The Cosby Show, no crude humor) I really think swearing take away from the film, and does not make it "cool."

Fantastic!!! Thanks ever so much!!!!

Cool! You could wear a white (or different shade of purple or something), foot-length skirt under it to make it look like layers. Layers always look so nice! Good luck!!!

Oh my goodness! That is soooo sad!!! It's sad for me to watch it, but I can't imagine being there! Going through all of that! I mean, I kind of know the feeling - my last day in Lebanon, my aunt was asking me what my favorite part of the trip was, she was going over the different things we did throughout the three weeks, and I was sitting there, trying not to cry and eat my breakfast but I couldn't help it. The tears just started to come, and I was just crying, and my cousin was sitting there and then said to her mom (my aunt) "Stop, Mom! The girl's in tears!" I miss them so much...
