^same right back at you... my character's one of the only females I'm comfortable playing right now.
Turwaithiel, CotM will be for December since I hope to close the polls somewhere in the middle or at the end of this month depending on how many people vote.
Polls are up, people. great entries!

Meh...I never got to finish mine...Stupid school was murder this week, so I didn't have any time to write (I actually went to bed at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday night and 12:30 Thursday night). It's actually almost finished, but I understand that I was already going over the deadline, so that's fine. Maybe next time.

Lol, I just looked at all the entries and voted on them, and I realized that I forgot to change "great bow" to "double-recurve bow" in my own bio. Oh well, I suppose it doesn't really make a difference.
Star Gazer's character is the coolest, IMHO. He's got the most potential for an interesting and non-Marty-Stu sort of RPG. Great job, SG!

Sorry, potr I had half a mind to wait for you because your twins idea sounded intriguing, but the deadline's been extended enough already and I couldn't afford to extend it anymore.
I love everyone's long bios and unique characters

What is a double-recurve bow?? That sounds evil!!
Curunir, I like your characters, and might have voted you first, second or third if your character was a bit more elaborated on... background information, history and such!

Thanks Aerandir! I tried to keep off all the signs of MSish-ness, and although I think its not the best I could've done... I do like him.
Stupid question of the day: What does IMHO mean? I've never been good with all these internet abriviations (probably spelled that wrong...)

yipes ... i need to find time to read all the bios!!!
fyi a double recurve bow is a shorter bow than a longbow, but makes up for the spring coeff. by being bent almost backward until strung.

Saw that one coming..... miles away, but yeah... I know, I actually for a second thought of adding more things and adding the events of his life in the DL rp thus far into the history. I am lazy

It's not stupid, if you don't ask you'll never find out. I tend to use IMHO for In My Humble Opinion.... I'll try to write my abbreviations out to avoid confusion... Thank you. So like a Mongolian bow?

Yeah--like a Mongol bow.
The bows of the Galadhrim in TTT are also double-recurve, I believe. They're definitely taller than the average ones, though.

Yeah, I was thinking about that earlier... They almost seem like they're ment for show, not shooting. I mean, would you want to lug that huge bow around everywhere you went? Legolas' is a reasonable size though... I think mine is a little bigger than his though. Along with the sight and stablizer... Anyway, I thought you did a great job on the bio, Aerandir, very nice and descripive, and creative. *thumbs up*
