I just finished reading The Silmarillion, and here are my favourite Valar, in no certain order:
Varda
Oromë
Aulë
I also like Vána, Manwë, and Lórien, but not to the extent of the others above.

Wow, this club has really grown since I was last here. It used to be like errr.. 5 people or something like that. Anyhoo..
I just finished The Silmarillion for the millionth time and I absolutely have to say that my new favourite Vala is Nienna! It used to be Varda.
