Yes, he is! (I think i voted him up to 219 a few minutes ago...) So...things look good for Frodo winning. I only feel sorry for the fans of other characters...
Anyway, i wrote another poem recently, so i decided to show you guys.

This one's from Frodo's point of view, from the time when he first sees Arwen to when they arrive at the river of Rivendell and he's fading. I think i may have had a title, but i can't recall it just now... Oh, well, i may have it written down. Btw, this poem's writing pretty much corresponded with the making of my first wallpaper, which was of the same scene.

You see i get into phases... So anyway, without further ado, here's that poem.
Radiant angel, flown down to my dark world,
You call and I answer--I'm captured completely,
My heart drowning sweetly,
In the beauty and light of your spirit unfurled,
Healing me, saving me--
Don't let me go!
Evenstar,
All you are
Lifts me up through Shadows calling:
"Fade to black--"
O bring me back
To thy starlight so enthralling!
Take me, bright angel--I'm lost to the dark world,
And soon I must answer to Shades close behind me--
By Doom's Ring they'd bind me
In the Dusk of the Shadowrealm slow 'round me furled:
I'm fading--they're taking me--
Don't let me go!
Evenstar,
All you are
Lifts me up through Shadows calling:
"Fade to black--"
O bring me back
To thy starlight so enthralling!
Pale kings and voices fell--
This darkling wound I cannot quell:
Likeness of Tinuviel--
An Elvish voice in ancient spell:
Rushing foam and Bruinen's bell--
O shadowed World, farewell...
Evenstar,
All you are
Lifts me up through Shadows calling:
"Fade to black--"
O bring me back
To thy starlight so enthralling!
I'm lost (you catch me),
Into your arms falling...
