If she did leave, Aragorn would most likely go after her.

OMG, that would be such a sad ending for such a lovely couple.
I really like the way the two decided in the end and had a happy life until their last days. Just imagine Arwen without Aragorn or Aragorn without Arwen...

Ok, how would it be sad if he went after her? I think it would be romantic and it would show that Aragorn didn't want to lose her.

Well, of course that would be romantic and a prove of Aragorn's love, but I think he couldn't follow Arwen into the West, as he wouldn't be able to leave Gondor without a king. The Line of Kings was just restored with his return, so the people might have wanted him on the throne and no one else.
Besides, I don't know if it would be possible for him to sail to Valinor as a mortal man. Frodo and Bilbo did, but they were both ring bearers, so that might have been special circumstances.
So the two might have been parted in the end if Arwen hadn't stayed in Middle-Earth...

Unless he got permission...I'm writing a fan fic about it, its currently under construction, and he might have had Faramir run things until he got back.

Yeah, that would be an option.
Do you think Arwen would/could return with Aragorn to Gondor and leave Valinor in the end? Or should he have to visit her regularly (if it's possible)?

Okay, it's time for a new discussion topic again!
Which scene captures the astonishing power of Arwen's and Aragorn's love best and which scene conveys the clearest image of the weight of Arwen's choice in your opinion?

I think the scenes in the Two Towers best show her choice.

^Yes, I agree. I think that TTT's "Evenstar" scene shows their love the best. As for the scene that best shows the sacrifice she was making, I would choose the scene from RotK when she is speaking with Elrond after returning from almost going to the Grey Havens. I love the line: "This was my choice."

Yeah, I completely agree with you two.
The TTT "Evenstar" scene is really the best indicator for the power of their love. Besides, I think that apart from the ROTK Arwen/Elrond scene also the TTT Arwen/ Elrond passage gives you an idea of her sacrifice as well.
I mean, at that moment Arwen decides to go to the Grey Havens, but nevertheless the mourning scene when she stands next to her dead husband and wanders through the lonley forest of Lothlorien gives you an impression of the weight of her later rejection of her immortal life as well. Elrond's lines "But you, my daughter, you will linger on in darkness and in doubt. As nightfall in winter that comes without a star. Here you will dwell, bound to your grief, under the fading trees, until all the world is changed and the long years of your life are utterly spent. (...) Arwen... there is nothing for you here, only death." are so sad, as they clearly show how bitter Arwen's life without Aragorn will be one day...
