Yeah, Jack's relationships with the other characters are very interesting. He sometimes acts like an older brother to them, especially to the team. Except Ianto, though. I thought it was rather cute when he asked him out.

Did anyone see the second episode? I thought it was a really interesting plot. With the sleeper agents and all that.

It kind of annoyed me that when Tosh was looking to see what was hidden underground, she just presses a few buttons and then is looking at top secret government files that nobody is supposed to see, not even them. If it was really that secret, why was it in a computer file? Oh well.

SOOOOOO, I should probably put my two cents in about "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang." Since I FINALLY saw it last night. And since Mr. Frosty was giving me crap about how I haven't said anything here yet.

*lets out a shriek*

Well, OBVIOUSLY I loved it.

We have this MASSIVE TV in our living room, like 45 inches or something. And I was approximately 6 inches away from the screen. XD Without moving the entire time.

James was perfection.
Jack and John was perfection. Those two together ... too hot. Not sure I was breathing when they first ... encountered ... each other.
OH! Ianto and Jack! *SQUEE*

OH! And Owen didn't bother me at all. Ha ha ha!
And Gwen! HURRAY for Gwen!

I was very worried about John's livelihood -- I have a track record of every character that I like meets a desperate, grisly end. Thank god I was proved wrong. XD

I agree again, Owen was actually really not annoying in anyway shape or form...and oh the subtle flirting between him and Tosh' was cute. But he needs to stay away from my girl -raawr-

Ok, I just saw the third episode. It was incredible, I thought. It's nice to not have different little scary aliens roaming around. I thought the Tosh/Tommy thing was rather cute. So is Tommy. He's so dashing! I got a bit sad when Tommy had to leave Toshiko behind. It reminded me a bit of The Amber Spyglass part. And the Ianto and Jack kiss was just..ugh. Wonderful.

But I really think Owen and Tosh will end up together in this series. Like, I don't know, they've both lost their loved ones to the Rift. And I don't know if anyone is noticing but Toshiko is acting a bit like Owen and Owen is acting a bit like Toshiko. Tosh is getting a bit more..not really rude, but a bit more impatient, while Owen is sort of behaving like a gentleman. He wasn't as nasty as he was in series one. I don't know, it's just my theory about them.

It was so cute when Jack asked Ianto out on a date!

Has anyone noticed that Ianto has beautiful hands? I first noticed when he got kicked in the gut by Owen in the ep. Jack Harkness. But I noticed them again when John was pointing a gun at Ianto in the elevator. They're gorgeous!

One of my favorite lines:
John:"Ooo! That's beautiful!"
Gwen:"That's a poodle"
John: "Its nice"

The ending made me really happy, because I know whoever 'Gray" is (I quote John: "Oh, I fould Grays") is going to make Jack tear up whenever he finds him, and there will be anguish, and if Ianto comes in and applies a bit of comfort to Jack's hurt, I'll be a time bomb of emotions.

Well, I read something about 2 minutes of Jack/Ianto snog footage... So.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang was.... you guys have said it all. Fantabulous. More than that. My brain melted.

Whoa.......okay. Let me tell you a story. Coccinelle, I read your post, and I thought that you said the Jack/John snog footage was about two minutes. I then thought...hasn't she seen it? They snogged for about 10 seconds, and then for about a minute beat the crud out of each other. SO I said that, and I scrolled down to read what I had posted last time, but then I caught Caunion's sentance "And the Ianto and Jack kiss was just.." So I gave a mental squee, quoted him, and told him how happy he just made my day. Then I scrolled back but and read Coc's post again, and this time I read it correctly and Jack/Ianto, and then the squee I should have kept mental burst out and it became an audible squee, because, I mean, come on, its Ianto and Jack! Two whole minutes? Heaven help me, I'm going to faint!

Haha. Yeah, apparently Ianto is going to have a breakdown around Episode 5, and then Jack is going to make him feel better.
Though, poor Ianto, I don't want him to be sad.

AHHHHHHHH! I'm freaking out! Heeheee! The whole Hurt/comfort makes me tingle inside!

And I don't care if Ianto is sad...Okay, I do care, but it'll be so lovel if he's sad and then is made happy by Jack. That, and he;s the type of guy that looks so darn shmexy when he's sad! The puppy dog eyes, the voice....This is going to be great!

I've just finished "To the Last Man."
Is it just me or has each of the episodes this season been better than the last? I really loved Tommy, and this was the first time that Tosh actually stood out for me. And when she called him her "brave, handsome hero..." *Sigh*

HAH! I KNEW IT! When I first saw Tommy, for a split second I thought "Is that Neville Longbottom?" Well, the guy who plays Tommy is named Anthony Lewis, brother of Matthew Lewis... Also known as Neville. *Dances*

^ i think a lot of people thought he was neville. however, being the harry-potter-hater and old-school-british-tv-lover that i am, i instead spent the whole episode thinking "wasn't he in children's ward?", which it turns out he was. it was weird seeing him all grown up and doing proper acting.

anyway, i've loved all the episodes so far this series. i'm just very very thankful for the lovely bbc iplayer - no one else in my family will watch torchwood, which means i can't watch it when it airs, but thanks to the iplayer i can watch it on my own in my own time. woohoo!
