Murtagh is a very skilled swordsman. He saves Eragon, Saphira and Brom from the Ra'zac's ambush, and then accompanies Eragon and Saphira on their travels to the Varden after Brom's death. Murtagh is a very brave man, willing to risk his life to rescue Eragon from jail, Son of Morzan; rebelled after the Empire and is now on the run.

Yeah, we all got a little Murtagh-crazed. Not that that's a bad thing. ;) I mean, more people should really love him. He's the best character in Eragon. He's actually got character development, amazing background, not to mention he has a bow and arrow and a sword.

have banners that say "Murtagh shall never die" "The revival of Murtagh fandom" "Murtagh or Bust" and stuff like that!
