I'd love to join this club, as well, Arwen! I'm a fan of the BBC version, and adore it very much. Though the 2005 one was ok, it seemed to hold a small candle to the BBC version.
Please add me to the list!

Uggghhhh, I have a "thing" against BBC movies, for some odd reason.
I want to see the new one, but I have read the book and adored it. So, yes, I am joining.

I'll join. I've seen most of the P&P movie versions and I've read the book a couple times. I love them.

I'd love to join too! I love both versions. Although, I like the new Mr Darcy just a tad bit better : )

I'd like to join! I like the BBC version a whole lot better than the '05 version.

Yay! *adds members to list*
I dunno which version I like better - the BBC one had the advantage of a lot more time to tell the story and develop the characters, but the '05 one seems more...realistic to me, and I like Matthew-Darcy more than Colin-Darcy

I love the rain scene - his eyes looks so darn blue, and you just want to give him a hug.
But I do love the book too and the BBC version, so I'm not just in it for this adaptation

May I join? I am an avid Jane Austen fan, and Pride and Prejudice is one of my favorite books.

Yeah, I definately love having more time to get to know the characters. Especially Mr. Wickham -- you hardly know who the guy is! And you guys will think I'm crazy for saying this, but I find Miss Knightly very...irritating. I have to admit she did better than I thought, but I really didn't see that depth in Elizabeth that I saw in Jenninfer's performance. I think the same goes with Darcy.

Ah yes, I do agree that '05-Wickham was barely introduced before he went off with Lydia (not to the mention that he looked like a blond Orlando Bloom in regimentals, which is scary enough by itself).
I'm one of the only people I know who doesn't think Keira Knightley's annoying I do think she did a good job as Lizzy, but she definitely portrayed her character as more lighthearted.

OHOHOH!! I want to join please?!?! I love Pride and Prejudice tonnes!! I haven't seen the film, because the BBC series was awesome enough for me. Colin-Darcy rocks.
Pride and prejudice is one of the few subjects i can't write coherently about. I love it tooooo much xD!
