Ooh ooh! I love Mary Poppins. Julie Andrews is pretty much my hero. Oh man, I love all of the songs in one way or another. Choose a favorite.....probably Chim Chim Cher-ee. But the dancing on Step in Time is amazing, Feed the Birds is so haunting, and Fidelity Fiduciary Bank just makes me laugh. |

I never realized that until I watched a doc. on the movie. I never even suspected it was him!!!!!! |

I thought saying I loved Mary Poppins and that Julie Andrews was my hero kind of said it for me, but yes.  I'd like to join.
Petra - yeah I know! I think that's one reason why I love that part so much, simply because it is Dick Van Dyke. "When fall the banks of England....England falls!" Just great. |

Wow, I have good timing! After I watch Mary Poppins for the first time in years, there's a fan club for it!  Yes, I'd like to join.
Favorite song? Oy, tough question. I really like all of them, but my favorites would probably be Feed the Birds, This Life That I Lead, Chim Chim Cher-ee, and Step in Time. |

I haven't seen the children as adults. Sadly, the boy who played Michael died when he was 21. |
