I'd like to join, please! I like cooking all sorts of food from all different countries, and have a huge range of cookbooks. The only cuisine that I haven't mastered is Chinese - but I'm not too bad at most others: Italian, Thai, German, Mexican, Spanish, Middle Eastern.... |

Yes, french cookbooks, too. Probably not as many as the others. Lately I've been collecting books from various renowned chefs, rather than a particular cuisine. French pastries!!! How divine! We can't be the only cooks out there???? Come on people, there must be lots of others who love to cook???? ![]() |

Hi! Glad to see the club is back! ![]() I can't say that I have any interesting adventures in cooking, it's just something I do most days. I think I'd like some inspiration more than anything. What have we been eating for dinner lately? This week I made 1. a salmon, asparagus and rice bake; 2. and, a tuna pasta dish with a creamy lemon and caper sauce 3. chicken schnitzel with mash, corn, creamy mushroom sauce and a sour cream salad. |

Thank you! ![]() I'm not bad but, just stuck in a bit of a rut. I used to do a lot of spicy food, but now we have a little boy and he likes things that aren't laced with chili. That's sort of wiped out about 1/2 my recipes as we used to eat a lot of Indian and Thai food. His tastebuds are slowly getting there but, at five, he prefers something that's not too hot. Luckily, he does like a wide variety of things so that, at least, is something. We also eat out a lot, which is nice as it gives you ideas on different spices or combinations. |

Cool, that spicy thing reminds me of the "spamantor" chili my brother makes for the chili cook off my family goes to every year. |
