I agree, Tar, but at least Howard didn't have a major part in the first movie. I didn't even remember who he was until you guys reminded me. As long as Don gets the character right, I'm happy.
That was what killed me about Rachel in the Batman movies, actually. They tried too hard to find a Holmes look-alike, but I couldn't bridge the personality rift between the two.

I preferred Maggie as Rachel. A far better actress than Katie Holmes.

^Just saw that!
AUDI R8 SPYDER/MOBILE IRON MAN SUIT/MORE TONY/F1 CAR
What could be better? That and I dislike Black Widow, or whatever her name is. She can leave.

I was actually really impressed with ScarJo when I wasn't expecting to be. I have a very minor niggle, but it didn't affect how I view the movie...
*spoilers beware*
The Tony/Pepper lurve thang. Am I the only one who doesn't feel the romantic chemistry? It's awkward and forced through no fault of either Gwyneth or Robert. Meh I think I'm just pissed they skimmed over any Happy/Pepper romance that there's supposed to be.

I personally felt they had a good family feel in the first movie but I didn't particularly ship them. I just felt that Tony was way too playboy for Pepper.
But is it established that they are a bit of a couple in the second film? 'Cuz one preview had Tony jumping off of some ledge going, "You complete me." And it looked like the same scenery where Pepper kind of kisses his Iron Man helmet.

It's really not established at all. It's much the same as it was in IM1. I don't want to give too much away, but there's some...problems.
That scene from the trailer isn't even in the movie.

I can definetly agree on the awesomeness that was Mickey Rourke. His accent appeared to be flawless, though not being Russian myself I have no idea how flawless it was.
I loved the quirkyness of him being so attached to the Cockatoo XD
