Everything goes there if it doesn't belong anywhere else basically. ;)

Oh I really love Donnie Darko. One of my fave movies. Really dark and complex. The more I watch it, the more I love it.
I gotta get my hands on the Directors Cut dvd.

Yeah, good call. It really helps to have that. There's a thing on imdb that tells more about it. This one's a great one.

And Kit, is it positively neccesary for you to post almost everywhere? O_O

My apologies, I have a habit of posting wherever I can -- blame the need to get a higher post count.

I just watched the director's cut. It was so weird... yet great. I really can't say why liked it. Jake Gyllenhaal was really good.

Frank, though, is the stuff of nightmares. A six-foot-tall rabbit from hell. Oh goodie. :hide:

I definitely need to buy it. :bounce:

My little brother walked into the room just as Donnie screams "There he is!" (Or something like that) and Frank flashes onto the screen. He lost it. Screamed his head off. The poor kid thinks Frank is going to come kill him.

Donnie: So, why did you move here?
Gretchen: My parents got a divorce. My Mom had to get a restraining order against my stepdad. He has emotional problems.
Donnie: Oh! I have those too! What kind of emotional problems does your stepdad have?
Gretchen: He stabbed my Mom four times in the chest.
Donnie: Oh.

I watched this film after my media studies teacher recomended it. I have to say I thought the camera work and SFX used were very good but I just couldn't grasp the plot, maybe I'm just dumb but I didn't have a clue what it was about, something like time travel.

I watched it for the first time yesterday. I've been desperate to see it since I first heard about it... it didn't disappoint me!

I keep freaking my best friend out by talking about Frank... I think he's the only bunny that doesn't scare me, seriously... I hate bunnies...

Did anyone else laugh when Frank came on? I did... :D

This is an amazing movie. Jake Gyllenaal will blow your mind! And it's a really good story, but Frank is kinda creepy... to me, at least... probably others as well, but ya know...

Donnie Darko has 2 be the weirdest movie ive ever seen.i dont really think its creepy, only wacko, like the part where donnie is stabbing the mirror(and frank is in the mirror) is just downright strange.
