Ok, if there is a page for this I can't find it, so...Has anyone else seen "Facing the Giants"? It's an awesome Christian(yes, i know, not everyone in Christian) Football movie made by a church in Georgia. It is REALLY good, one of the first movies to make me laugh so hard and cry so much as I did in the same movie.

comments?

Can't believe I didn't see this before.

It was a truly inspiring and uplifting film...and one that made you look at your trust in God.

I cried throughout the whole thing, (the end bits were pretty predictable anyways) but it really illustrated how faith in God can and will come through to help you stand.

Awesome film, and I hope to see more from this church. :D

I saw it with my church youth group!

It was really amazing. The most amazing part was that it was made by a church, I thought. One of my favorite scenes is when the coach goes over all of the football teams that won the superbowl for the past 5 or so years.

Probably.. I am not into football that much though, so it could very well be the superbowl in my mind. :P

oh yes. I saw this movie. :bounce: I thought it was very good. Some parts to it were a little cheesy, but I mean, what do you expect. ;) I thought it was a very inspiring movie though, nevertheless. I am not the biggest fan of football, but after watching this movie, I have come to enjoy it more. :)

Yeah, you can very much tell in some parts that they're not professional...but this one was a lot better than their first: Flywheel. (that had an awesome message as well, but this seemed more professional)

I still don't understand certain aspects of football, but I like it anyway. :D
