Sylar?
Hmm..my theory is that the Haitan was off doing something for HRG, so he wasn't able to dampen Sylars abilities. Eden showed up and tried to use her power to get him to kill himself, but she was too hesitant and he used his Telekinesis to grab her through the glass. He didn't kill her though, she killed herself to prevent Sylar from taking her power.
Eden died a hero.
I was really gutted, as I really liked Eden. But the actress was having contract problems and left the show.

The story that was set around that episode was fantastic.

I think I might read each comic, when I re-watch all the episodes in a few weeks. Just to keep my mind extra refreshed.
The comics on the NBC site are pdf files, but there's a site where you can view them as jpg's.
