Oh, yes, me too, I havent seen it yet, but I kinda want to...but I couldn't watch it in the middle of somthing...I would need allot of time to...pull myself together...even watching that scene in DMC(th other PotC) I think my stumach was churning, but all the same I want to see The Passion. I do odd things during movies;(a.k.a. holding breath, clenching fists and teeth, making wierd facal expresions ect.) when people are getting hurt. But I've read allot of fan-fics with flogging and stuff, I've even writen some, so now I want to see it. 'specally sence I know the story, and I know He did all that for me. and( I forgot who said this earlier) you're right, I think it would bring it to a more human level, and strengthen my feeling of...thanks.

(Is the ressurection in the mivie? I heard it wasn't but I really hope it is...)

at the end, they just show the stone rolled away from the Tomb, and the wrappings that Jesus was in.

I only thought the movie started getting...kinda..scary, sad when they captured Jesus..or from the beginning also. and the most freakiest part I thought was when those demon-posessed children chased Judas out of the town. *shudders*

For me, the freakiest part wasn't the hardest part. The (worst isn't quite the right word) part in the movie was when Jesus was being flogged. That was brutal. I've seen a lot of gory movies, but my stomach was still churning at that scene.

Oh yeah..the part when he was chained to...that..stone pillar thing and they were beating him. Thats when I started to get all..sad..crying..and I was like that throughout the rest of the movie. and its creepy too..cuz then Satan is in the appearance of a baby, if I remember, and a woman is holding him, and he turns around and smiles as they are beating him.

Yeah. That was...disturbing. All the parts that Satan was portrayed in were disturbing, actually.

No, I think I last saw it..like..2-3 years ago. But I googled images on it..few days ago, and saw the image of him when Jesus is praying in the Garden in the beginning and he's there. then I remembered all his other appearances throughout the movie.

I didn't even get that was a portrayal of Satan when watching the film. I was just sitting there all lol

I think Satan was actually played by a woman through out some of the movie..like in the beginning.
