ooooh, ok.
Probably won't see it then. I'm reading the page on wiki about Intelligent Design, and i'm trying hard not to laugh about it. I'm very pro-science when it comes to this sort of thing. I won't waste my money seeing this movie.

Well, actually dark if you look at the scientific facts it all points towards creation... i could give you some examples if you are interested but it you are I think it would be best to do it through PMs

yeah, this subject can tend to turn into an argument really fast. I myself, believe in a Creator and do you know why? Because I know Him personally and He created me. But that's all I will say.

Agreed, it can turn into a debat or argument quickly. That is why I say PM if your interested.
And those of us who have a personal relationship with God, it's rather easy to believe in Cretion.
However I respect everyone's point of view and don't want to try and tell anyone what to believe. That is your own choice to make.
(By the way ~PetraKenobi~ cool new banner. And I gotta ask.. does your name have anything to do with the singing group Petra?)

You know, saying, "I have an opinion on this but I'm not going to say it because it will spark an argument" isn't really all that much better than just stating your opinion. *raises eyebrow* That goes for both sides of any issue.
My family went to see the movie and thought it was very informative and very well done.

thanks. No, it doesn't, though I realized there was a singing group by the same name after I had chosen the name Petra for my alternate-universe character. I basically took the three prequel scripts, changed them, added a new character, and put stories in-between the films; i've also done a sequel to the five part "prequel re-write" and three other ones that are sort of related: Left in the Shadows-focusing on Shmi's life after Anakin and Petra left, Life Long Lost-focusing on Obi-Wan's life before\during the Clone Wars and before TPM, and then Truly Forbidden-exploring the Obi-Wan\Padme relationship even though he's married to Petra; there's no actual "affair" in that story and it's more ObiPetra than Obidala which wasn't my original intention. anyways, that's a small explanation of my username,l lol.

I'm not a moderator or anything, but isn't there a rule saying "No discussion of religion"? That's what creationism is.

Well, actually we are mostly discusing the movie itself. Sorry if we have drifted off topic that wasn't my intent.
I was just wondering what everyone else thought about the movie.

Yes, creationism falls into the category of religion, but the movie's actually about Intelligent Design which is supposed to be free from religious affiliation, and so far people are discussing the movie. I'll keep a close eye on this, though.

Thanks Nienor, And sorry If I have strayed off topic. just let me know if I get going again I do it often times without thinking.
So for those of you who have seen the movie is it actually a story (like an entertainment movie) or is it more like a documentory thype deal?

It's defineatly a documentary. I kind of wish it was a movie...or had some parts acted and others not...but it's mostly documentary. There are a few parts that look a little acted...but not really.

For all its supposed truths, it might as well been a fictional movie. That's what I think about it anyways.
