I think it's just Prince Caspian, unfortunately...I ALMOST got to go to AWE at the 8 PM May 24th showing, but they were out of tickets, so I had to wait until 5 days later. :'(

i think beowulf and pirates of the caribbean: the curse of the black pearl are the only films i've seen on their opening days. i was going to see return of the king on opening night, but then my school organised the christmas concert for the same night, and my music teacher would have killed me if i'd missed it because i was in most of the ensembles and i was performing a solo piece. as long as my sister doesn't have to work that night, i'll see prince caspian the night it opens here.

There are more films, but at the moment I can't remember so I'll be back to add more. :P

The Mummy Returns (baaaad idea, going on a Saturday)
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

I shall have to consult my brother cinema ticket collection for the others. :teehee:

I'm also going to take a stab that I saw these films on the opening day as well.

Ratatouille
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

And I intend watching Indiana Jones on the opening day next week, along with Wall-e and The Dark Knight when they come out.

Spooky. I was just asking my brother what day does IJ come out next week, and he said it was out this Thursday. Muchos confusion. We aren't going to watch that on the opening day - I like my cinema visits to be quiet so we're going next week instead. :teehee:

Ah yeah the previews will be Thursday. My local cinema doesn't always get them, so I make do with Fridays.

*insert random Indiana Jones week happy dance*
