Well, I live in Denmark so almost all of the movies I watch would be foreign... But everything non-English and non-American somehow doesn't ocunt for me...

- LIke many of you I LOVE Amélie (France)!
- Then there's Goodbye Lenin (German)
Wilbur commits suicide (what's it called in English?) (Scotland and starring a danish actor, Mads Mikkelsen)
- Evelyn (Ireland)
- Dann eben Mit Gewald (German)

I haven't seen many non-english speaking films... I would like to though! recommend!!

I watch Indian movies, and there's like a new one every week. They make a lot of movies!! And, every 5 movies or so, they make a big hit! I just watched an Indian movie that I really liked. The name was Fanaa (means destruction). It was totally awesome.

I've only seen a couple of foreign movies (Amelie and House of Flying Daggers) but I really love both of them! I hate it how some people won't see a mopvie just because it's foreign.

Being Swedish all movies made in a different language than Swedish would be foreign to me.

I can really recommend for all of you to check out the wonderful Swedish film "Så som i Himmelen" ("As It Is in Heaven/As in Heaven" English title, "Wie im Himmel" German title). It was nominated for an Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film in 2005. It's such an emotional, incredible and amazing film as well as powerful and strong. It has awesome music as well!

I haven't seen many foreign films and most of the ones I've seen were British so I dunno if that counts. Triplets of Belville was pretty cute though.

Well... if your not from Britain, then I would consider it a foreign film. :P

By the way, I just saw a French movie called "The Eighth Day" [ou "Le Jour Huit"]. It was extremely sad, and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend watching it! On a rainy day would be good... it fits the mood, and will probably make you cry your heart out.
