Darn, I missed the special day, didn’t I?
You don’t like Kate either, RA? awesome… although not exactly uncommon. But still, it’s nice to have someone to sympathize with. so… does she get any better in the later seasons? Oh boy, I don’t know if I’ll be able to handle watching him die… it’s gonna be way to sad. And that’s even cooler! of course, they are rather loveable characters, no? yeah, I’ve heard about all of that stuff from Bala… I can’t wait to see the fourth season and watch/learn all of this stuff for myself though. Oh, I don’t know about that. we’re waiting for our parents to catch up before we move on with more of season 2 and it seems like it’s taking forever… I just want ot be on with it and learn more about Desmond. lol, I can imagine! I dunno if I’ll be able to take waiting a week to see what happens next.
gah, I want to meet Ben!

Um...well, no, I don't think Kate gets any better. Yeah it is nice to find people who agree with you! I just...don't understand Kate.
And Charlie is just...so, so sad. I dreaded that episode the entire first three seasons and Lost is just so incomplete without him in season 4.
I know! I love Sawyer and Hurley and Claire. Sawyer is such a great character. I didn't like him at first--I really thought I wouldn't like him--but he turned out to have a great story, is really funny, and has a heroic side that comes out more and more. I like him so much more than Jack... And then Hurley. Everybody loves Hurley. What's not to like? And of course Claire...I'm so worried about her though. And very, VERY upset that she and Aaron were split up.
But yeah, season 4 is really interesting. And I LOVED Season 2. It might be impossible to pick a favorite season but I think 2 is pretty close. (Other than poor Charlie's issues, that is.) And it was so upsetting how soon Desmond disappeared! I couldn't wait for the end of the season to see more of him.
And Ben is just...awesome. I love how he was introduced. If you didn't know the end you would have completely bought his story! And then...when his Ben side really comes out...it's just AWESOME. Lost without Ben just doesn't feel right.

I honestly don’t really get Kate either… and I guess I never will.
Oh, you’re not helping me any! Poor Charlie… *sniffle*
On a brighter note, however, my family and I are just about done with season 2... We might finish it tonight, actually. and then it’s on to season 3 already! And on another note… BEN IS MY HERO!!!! Ahem, ummm, yeah, Ben is pretty awesome and I haven’t even gotten to know him a WHOLE lot yet. Yes, I agree about Sawyer. He really grows on you and he also grows into this amazing character! Yeah, I’ve heard about Claire and Aaron getting split up… and Aaron goes to Kate no less! meh. I know! Lol Desmond seems to have just vanished into thin air… I really want to learn more about him too. oh well, I think we’re coming close to one of his eps.
Really, I think I’m gonna like all the seasons for a different reason. So far I love both season one and two and I dunno if I could pick a favorite. I mean, I like season one because it was simpler, you were just discovering things about the island, and all the characters were still alive, and it sort of eased you into the story. And I like season two because it’s more in-depth, everything is going a faster pace, there's the Others who are in it more and the Hatch, also you’re learning about a LOT of new stuff and you’re meeting more cool characters. So yeah. I like them both.
Oh, I agree about Ben! He is such an amazing character! So smart and devious. I love how who he really is was unraveled and the truth was slowly uncovered. He is really awesome so far... muahahahaha...
btw, has anyone here seen the season 5 trailer yet? it is AMAZING!!

I'VE SEEN THE TRAILER!!!
Oh my gosh...Aaron is talking...STUPID KATE! You're right, it makes Claire and Aaron's separation so much worse when you hear Aaron calling Kate "mommy"...
But it looks so good! I CAN'T WAIT!!
...back to old stuff.
And I know! I loved Ben by the end of season 2. Ben is just awesomeness.
And yeah, you'll be getting lots of Desmond soon. The last episode of the season is entirely Des-centric! Whoo!

Season 3 is pretty crazy. But the season finale...yeah...*cries*
UGH! I really, really want to steal Aaron from Kate. I pretty much yelled at the TV screen when they revealed Kate had him in Eggtown. "BABYSTEALER!' Now we know that she didn't steal Aaron...sort of...but it still makes me so angry.
Especially when Locke has a vision...hm, is it in Season 3?...where he sees all of the crash survivors at the airport, and Claire and Charlie and Aaron are together as a family. Locke asks if they're in danger, but Boone (his apparent tour guide) says they're fine...for now.
*SOB*
AndnowCharlieisdeadandAaroniswithKateandClaireisaZombie?!??!
Woohoo! You'll be caught up for season 5, awesome. I don't think my family is going to be able to catch up. They didn't watch season 4 with me and now they are behind.
But yes, the trailer is awesomeness...I just can't wait to see what happens!

Oh. My. Ben.
You signature is awesome!
Thanks for keeping LOST alive! Ack, I can't wait! I've heard so many things about season 5 it's crazy!
Right now my family is in the middle of season 4. It's so interesting to see everything again...and weird thinking back to the first times I saw this season when I was brand new to Lost! There's so many things I'm picking up on now, it's really amazing that I was able to follow along before.
Ahh...I know. Lost is one of the best (if not the best!) shows I have ever seen. It's just so...interesting and thoughtful and excellently done.
I can't wait until January 21! *dies*

Ben IS the greatest. *sighs*
I can't even imagine what Lost would be like without him...well, I guess we can look at the first season. I think that may be why I like newer seasons better.
Ack! I know the wait is killing me! So exciting...I've been tracking down all of the spoilers and rumours I can. Craziness. It sounds like it's going to be a really good season. Though I'm still upset about Claire...
Season 4 is amazing. I just finished re-watching it with my family, and other than the lack of a certain Charlie ( ) it really does seem like the best season! Just too short in my opinion. At least season 5 will be longer.
This is true. Why bother with formalities? Lost is THE BEST show on television. PERIOD.
I've been thinking a lot about time travel and the way it works on the island, too. So interesting! I've heard (and hope) that it will be a big part of season 5. (And it's not only Dan that makes me appreciate the physics...)
(...just mostly...)
Oh speaking of Dan! What do you think of the new freighter characters? I don't think we've discussed them yet...

You should go watch them, JF… NOW! Er, is the season (or series ) 4 dvd set even released in the UK yet? Either way, you should watch the whole thing! Then you could refresh your memory.
Hey, now don’t lord it over me just because I got introduced to LOST a bit later than the normal person.
RA, LOST would be… strange without Ben (or Juliet or Desmond). Not even the same show really. Seriously, the first season just doesn’t feel like LOST. It’s still amazing, but it’s so… different. (I miss Boone )
me too! Every day I come on the compy to see what’s new… new videos, new pics, new news in general. It’s awesome. Lol aye, I think it’ll be one of the best seasons yet! There are so many questions that I HOPE they answer. Though I might find myself slightly disappointed if they DO answer some of them, you know?
I totally agree. If season five is like season four only longer ti will be the best season yet.
Haha, agreed!
I know, the whole time travel element is… different. But the way they’re handling it makes it awesome. normally it might come across as really strange, but for LOST, I dunno, somehow it’s acceptable. Even more than acceptable. It’s really amazing. Perhaps that's because LOST isn't a "normal" show??? It gives you something even more to try to wrap your mind around and figure out where they’re going with it.
I like the freighter characters well enough. Keamy was a really vicious dude… but he was cool in his own right. I mean, anyone who’s so terrible and cruel that he makes Ben look like a sweet and innocent character has got to get at least a little recognition. I like Dan. He’s really neat, I’m curious about Charlotte and her fascination with the Island and the polar bears and with “looking for where she was born” stuff. Miles is alright… but I dunno. They haven't gotten into his character enough yet. *shrugs* and as far as everyone else… well, they all die. lol And your thoughts on these characters?

I was the second Ben fan on the forum! I remember the not-so-good old days of being abused for liking a certain misunderstood antagonist! I was even part of the short-lived awesome Ben Linus Fan Club on AU.
JF, I know just how you feel. I'm caught up, but SO out of Lost at the moment. However, I started thinking about Daniel Faraday today (I saw the term "constant" in my Trig textbook) and was all "SQUEE!! The adorkable love that is Mr Faraday shall soon return to the screen!" And that made me extraordinarily happy and Lost-ish again.
So yep, I'm all hyped for the Season Premiere!
