Yes, Atlantis did rock. I loved it so much. The story was really good, and there was a twist at the end. But next week.....just how many "alternate reality?demension episodes have there been? A lot, is the answer. But still, having two Rodneys in the same world is going to be fun

I heard about the cancellation and I told my dad -who is a much bigger fan because he got us started on Stargate - and he thought I was joking and I wasn't! So he found out for himself and got mad, he ended up sending an e-mail of complaint to Scifi.

AHHA!!! I must go do this. I don't want them to take Star Gate offf that's the best show on TV I was so dissapointed when I hear they were taking it off!

It is really sad, isn't it? I want to curl up and cry. I hear that there will be a spinoff show, but I doubt it will be as good.

As well as a spinoff, MGM (The studio that makes and loves SG-1) has already started work on the DVD movies and says that as long as we buy them they'll keep making more. *Cheers*

Even so, without SG-1 on TV and with a Beckett-less Atlantis, I can't see how life is going to be worth living.

But you must remember that there is some hope for him:

Also, people who ascend usually do not leave their body behind, as it becomes pure energy and enter's the plane of the Ascended, leaving only their clothes.[22] .[23] As his body is returned to Earth at the end, this seems unlikely. Although if a person is killed at sea, and no body recovered a substitute of some sort is put into the coffin, whether that be rocks or the persons possesions. So it is unknown if he's dead or not."

Remember that this is what happened to Daniel. Plus, with SG-1 gone I'm sure they're not going to keep him dead.

ohhh they kill Carson? that's cruel, he is a cool character.

The last 10 episodes of SGA season 3 and SG-1 season 10 start here in a few weeks. Not looking forward to some as much, as I've already read some spoilers. Just got season 2 of Stargate Atlantis on DVD.

As far as I know, Altantis will have a season four. And theres SG-1 based movies coming to DVD this Autumn.
