OK... It's your opinion and I respect that... Changing the subject, did you guys read some of the deleted scenes that are going to be included in the DVD? Quote: SCENE 1: Dumbledore asks his pupils to welcome Durmstrang and Beauxbatons students. All the Hogwarts students then start to sing the school song.
SCENE 2: A Durmstrang student asks a girl to go with him to the Yule Ball. She says yes, and two of their friends make gestures in the background.
SCENE 3: Harry tries to speak with Cho Chang, but as she is constantly surrounded by friends, he doesn't get the opportunity.
SCENE 4: Flitwick introduces the Weird Sisters at the Yule Ball. The lead singer speaks with the audience and then starts the first song.
SCENE 5: Karkaroff tells Snape about the mark of his arm. Snape ignores him and removes house points from Fawcet and Stebbins, who briefly appear in the scene. Snape doesn't care about what Karkaroff has to say.
SCENE 6: Mr. Crouch and Harry are speaking. Mad-Eye appears and Barty quickly leaves.
SCENE 7: The trio speak about the death of Mr. Crouch. Ron thinks that Fudge will prevent the story from leaking out to the public. Hermione believes his death, Harry's scar burning, and the Dark Mark at the Quidditch World Cup are related. She recommends Harry goes to visit Dumbledore.
SCENE 8: The trio speak about what Karkaroff was showing Snape on his arm. Hermione asks Harry which potion ingredients Snape accused him of stealing and realizes they are the ingredients needed for the Polyjuice Potion.

Like they didn't give it away enough in the movie.

Um, I thought the Sorting Hat had a new different song in their 4th year? Or am I thinking of fanfiction --- I do know however that Harry haven't seen the Sorting Hat ceremony since 1st year. I meant, the summary of the scene. That was basically it. Or was this the scene from all the pictures? with Hermione, Ron, and Harry around the fireplace in the Gryffindor common room.
Oooo I'd like a Tonks shirt!

I thought they meant the school song as in the words that you can put to any tune that you want. It says that "All the Hogwarts students then start to sing the school song." Not the Sorting Hat. And The Sorting Hat sings a new song every year Beriadanwen wrote: Kitoky wrote: Quote: From...Fawcet and Stebbins....what? I'm confused. They're just two students. Yeah that's probably it. I don't get what you mean about the summary of the scene
These quotes are driving me mad!! I hope they work right! (edit: the names are opposite. so you're name is beriadanwen in this post and my name is kitoky )

Well hmm, maybe we don't need the Sorting Hat song since DD in the movie was really emphasizing on the uniting of the schools. On the Snape aspect, yes.

I don't agree entirely. I'm not critisizing Alan Rickman, but the script writers. You said that no one was pointing fingers at Snape this year. How is that faithful? Harry is constantly blaming Snape in the books for everything.
Him hitting Harry and Ron on the back of the head was funny, but not in character. To be fair, there were few things that Snape had to do in this movie and they had to put him somewhere.
Snape is the least of my worries though, and admitadly he is the most well done character.

Harry's inherited a prejudice with Snape, which I think will be his undoing one of these days.
Besides the HBP thing, I don't mean on the entire aspect of Harry out to get Snape and all.
Which is vice-versa but there wasn't a prominent thought process to Harry's usual jumping to the conclusion with Snape all the time like he does in the fourth book/movie. First book, the whole Philosopher's Stone thing --- 2nd book, [taps chin], actually, I don't remember a big thing with Snape in that one either. 3rd book --- the Marauder's age of course, suspicion of Snape in cahoots with Sirius [I think....]
Argh.

I'm lost.
There wasn't a big thing with Snape in CoS. Harry was too busy suspecting Malfoy.

Yeah, that's how I remember it as well.
Did anyone else think that Fleur could've been so much more PRETTY. I mean, the constant blue on her is perfect but --- her aura didn't feel Veela-ish at all!

Yes I agree. I do think that Clémance is pretty, especially in the photoshoots I've seen her in. But she wasn't that magical Veela she was in the books. She didn't stand out as any more beautiful then the other Beauxbatons students.

I do think she should've had her light blond hair let fall over her shoulders more instead of always pulled back in a ponytail.

^ Mhmmm, I agree with Kitoky there. She's stunningly pretty, and for practicality I can see why she wore it up for the tasks, but the rest of the time it would have been nice to see it down.
Does anyone else think that the woman who played Fleur was incredibly thin? It kind of scared me a little

I almost feel sorry for her, it looked... painful? I would say that's like all American models these days, but she's French
