i haven't watched Avaar in forever. why are they not showing it? is it becasue the new season will start soon? i miss the show. lol.

Oy, still no news on when the new book starts??? I never thought we'd have to wait this long... Does anyone know when the enitre book 2 comes out on DVD, the full box set?

They said it's going to come out roughly when Book 3 premieres..... and seeing as though we haven't heard word of when that is---I imagine it'll be a very long time.

Well, no he's not losing his hair--- he's just losing his Book 2 Emo hair. He's returning to his Book 1, royalty/soldier hair.

Has there been any promo for Book 3 going on anywhere?? Any thoughts on what the first episode will be about? Aparently the title is "The Awakening".

There hasn't been anything about the release of Book 3 and the last interview I read with Mike and Bryan---they said they ALSO have NO IDEA.
So far, the only information we have are....
+++Book 3: Fire will mainly about Aang's adventure and because of his disruption from entering the Avatar State, he has to master firebending and defeat Fire Lord Ozai while temporarily unable to seek help from previous Avatars.
+++Greg Baldwin will be the voice of Uncle Iroh because of the unfortunate passing of Iwamatsu Makoto-san.
3x01 The Awakening
3x02 The Headband
3x03 The Painted Lady
3x04 Sokka's Master
3x05 The Beach
3x06 ...... N/A /// TBA
3x07 The Runaway
.... Other news are....
+++ The production of Book 3 has been delayed by several months making completion of the first few episodes impossible until the end of April, however---if this were so, then we would've seen the premiere already for a May premiere. And if Avatar is keeping its prime-time spot as Friday nights, then I highly doubt they'll be premiering this month---cross our fingers for June.
+++ Other rumors have said that NICK intends to air the premiere sometime in September to continue airing straight through the first few episodes, hoping to air a particular episode to coincide with the Halloween, Thanksgiving holiday hype.
+++ ...After July 21st? At the Anime Boston convention April 21-22, a fan asked Nick Magazine representatives about when the premiere of Avatar Book 3 would air, and they said quote, "You will be able to finish the Harry Potter book before Season 3 started."

Actually, Uncle Iroh's voice won't be that much different, because the fellow who's going to take over, had subbed for Mr. Iwamatsu-san before in an episode.
