Tristan and Isolde

Amazing movie! I cried so much in the end, but I loved it. Very romantic.

my fair lady. something about it just didn't feel right - the general tone of the film didn't match up to what i know of george bernard shaw. i know he didn't write the musical, but it was still based on his play, so i would have expected it to feel sharper and wittier.

Part of Hook on tv. It was vaguely entertaining, but I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more ten years ago...or maybe I just would have been scared to death :teehee:

^ hook's alright, but julia roberts is the worst tinkerbell EVER. i'm very protective over anything peter pan-related, and i find it painful to watch her because she's just so wrong. nothing like the tink barrie created.

anyhoo, rant over. i just watched dear frankie and it is incredible, beautiful, exquisite, superb, amazing, fantastic...you get the idea. nothing beats british film-making. i really want to believe the stranger comes back.

The last movie I watched was Harry Poter SS last night on tv. Really cool movie and it started a whole series...well it and the books. lol Plus Tom Felton looks and does great in that one, as he does in all of them.
