I enjoyed the movie! The only thing that got quite pestering was the Oompa Loompa songs. Ha ha! Other then that, I thought it was well done!

Lol, I just saw that one yesterday! It definitally was better than I thought it would be. The Oompa Loompas scared me though. Especially Doris.

I don't think they can because Roald Daul hated Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory so much he refused to sell the movie rights for a sequel.
And I just saw this film yesterday and I loved it  Johnny was amazing as ever. Freddie was perfect as Charlie and all the other kids were great too. I also loved Grandpa Joe, and the Oompa Loompas. The're songs were great. I loved the way they did disco dancing to one of them - I think it was Veruca Salt's. And then the rock acts in Mike TV's one was really cool too.Using the music and a scene from 2001 a Space Oddeosy at that bit was really cool too.
I think this was way better than the origional which I never really liked anyway. _________________

Well, not exactly my kind of movie, but it was good and I really enjoyed seeing Johnny's portrayal as Willy. He really has a way of taking hold of his roles in different ways. I still think his portrayal in PotC was his best, just cause I'd never seen anything like it!! But back to the movie, I thought it was great for what it was, definitely better than the original and a really nice family film. All in all, two thumbs up! _________________

This movie was sooooooo great!!!! I mean..Johnny Depp was just PURE genius!!! Oh man!!! I actually didn't like the ommpa-loompas as much as I thought I would....they were all like...the same guy... but the songs were so spontaneous and Random!!! But it was so great!!!!! And Christopher Lee...which makes it double the best movie! "Everything in this room is eatable. Even I'm eatable, but that is called cannibalism my dear children. And is, in fact, frowned upon in most societies" HAHAHAHAHA!! Oh man! Johnny was Priceless!

umm i saw this umm 2 days ago its was good expect i saw it at the Imax and all i saw bascially was mouth mouth mouth! so its was kinda hard to tell what was going on. but i liked it..johhny depp was kinda wierd..but overall i prolly give it a 6

Thanks, PippinTookLover! We just got back, and I definitely loved it! I can't say that it was better than the older version, but I liked this one just as well. Johnny Depp was excellent, and I loved the Oompa Loompa song! I want to go see it again

I adored it! It is one of the best films I have seen in recent years. It's been a long time ince I really enjoyed watching a film so much at the cinema. I thought everything about it was brilliant from Johnny to the songs. Fantastic film. 20/20 I'm hoping to ee it again at the cinema as I can't wait until it come out on DVD!  _________________
