I thought it was really interesting. Definitely some major Hydra stuff happened, but the big focus was definitely on Skye. I love how Fitz helped cover up her DNA results, give her some time to cope and figure things out. And Gemma, she's obviously having a tough time. Quite frankly if I was Skye I wouldn't want to say, "Hey, Gemma, check out what I can do now!". And what on earth are Bobbi and Mac up too???

I have no idea what Bobbi and Mac are doing, a lot of people are thinking that they could be working for Tony Stark. Kind of setting up for Captain America 3. Or maybe Fury again like what May was doing last season. My sisters and I kinda feel sorry for Raina though.

I hope Bobbi and Mac are working for a good guy! I like both of them! Though I still dont like the fact that anyone is spying on Coulson. I mean, its Phil! (I still get very sad and look away when he gets stabbed in Avengers) And I agree, poor Raina definitely got the crap end of the bargain with her transformation. I'm actually rooting for her to learn how to cope with her new self, because she wasn't exactly an evil person, I dont think, just....overly ambitious and misled. And needed to be slapped.

I'm just waiting for the day an Avenger pops in for an episode. I dont know why, but I really want Hawkeye to pop in. But then that would ruin the whole "bonded together due to Coulson's death" thing, I guess. *sigh* Seeing Cap pop in would be epic, especially with the Hydra stuff the show has going on all the time, it would fit better with his movies moreso than any of the others.

....I love seeing S.H.I.E.L.D. back, but I really miss Agent Carter already

That would be awesome! I guess will see what happens in tonight's episode with Sif appearing again, never did get to see Agent Carter. do you think they will pick that show up for future seasons too?

I really hope they do pick Carter up, I've heard rumors that are positive, but nothing confirmed yet. It seemed to be a fan favorite show, and even the critics liked it too, it was something fresh on tv. So I'm very hopeful!

I had to record tonights episode because I was at work, but I'll be watching it soon! Curious to know what will happen when the rest of the team discovers what Skye can do now!

I'm curious who the heck runs this other S.H.I.E.L.D.. Could it be Stark who doesn't know or at least at one time didn't know Coulson was alive, and created his own S.H.I.E.L.D.? I'm also curious to find out who's side the guy that took Rayna and now Mr.nutcase is on.

I can't see Tony starting a new SHIELD. I absolutely love Tony, but he's not the leader type. I just can't imagine anyone thinking Coulson isn't a good choice to lead SHIELD! I mean, Fury picked him to replace him!! It'll be interesting to see what this does to the show, and if there's any shakeups in the MCU because of this "new SHIELD". And the guy who took Mr. Nutcase is a mystery to me, obviously playing a role in the "inhumans" storyline thats building, but I know nothing about that comic line. Will they eventually be working with SHIELD? Will Skye leave SHIELD to join them at some point? Can't they just lock up Mr. Nutcase?? This show gives me so many questions! Will Hunter betray Coulson? Will May be able to help Skye? Will Gemma and Fitz ever be a working pair again? When will that confusing Ward pop up again?

From the commercial Ward could pop up next week. I don't know much about the comic line either, though I heard Skye or Quake becomes director of SHIELD at some point for a little while. But if they take that road I see that as more of how they would end the series or something. But I agree on Coulson, he has proved himself so much already you would think they would leave him be.

I have a friend who just binge-watched all of season 1 and then caught up with the current season. She doesn't trust the new Hydra, thinks like I do. Fury picked Coulson to lead whats left of S.H.I.E.L.D. because he knew he would be the best man for the job, knew he was a trustworthy individual. She's wondering if Hydra could be involved, Coulson's team is still a threat to Hydra, they've proved that, so she's wondering if its Hydra agents disguised as S.H.I.E.L.D., luring in honest agents, or if they are agents who were brainwashed and didn't know it, or they could have just been duped by Hydra. Their lives were SHIELD, and it collapsed around them, leaving a lot of agents vulnerable, so she's wondering if Hydra's fooling them, heading towards a bigger endgame. I dont know, she's got some interesting theories. One thing she said I definitely agree on, Fury, Coulson, and Cap aren't involved with the new SHIELD (that we know), so I dont trust it. What do you think? Think Hydra could be stirring up more trouble?

It's possible, from the last episode they seem to be kind of their own thing but you never know! Ward's back so you never know what angle he will play either. Him and agent 33 are a different sort that's for sure.
