^^Ha ha ha ha! Ain't that the truth. It irritates me SO much. But think of it this way, when he DOES smile its that much more worth it. XD

"Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End".
Words cannot describe how unbelievabley AWESOME this movie is! And I now OWN it, and I have a feeling I'll be watching it a lot in the coming weeks.
Keith Richards is pure LOVE.
(@Kit: You a hopeless romantic as well? Mmmm...I grew up on Jane Austen...I know hopeless romanticism VERY well)

True.. but a smile from him is such a rare treat that sometimes it isn't even worth the reward to sit through an entire movie (*coughPride&Prejudice*) just to see him soften up in the end and watch his lips tug upwards just ever so slightly in the closing shot...

Truuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuue. But I think it's a Darcy thing...because in the 2005 one, Matthew McFaden smiles but twice...I think. But Colin Firth should be forced to smile more often. XD BAH.
And I agree, the 2003 Peter Pan is the best! Me LOVES it!
OH, and I watched "Emma" again last night. I don't know WHY I torture myself so. XD It bothers me so much that Jane Austen has ruined the male sex for me. Hmph. XD

It's definitely a Darcy thing... applying to Jane Austen's Darcy's as well as Bridget Jones' Darcy's.. hmmf!!
And yes, Colin Firth must smile more!
Aww Emma, I'm finding myself to becoming a romantic even though I never was... I have been watching *counts on fingers* five Jane Austen-related movies, including Becoming Jane and the BBC series of P&P since last summer! Although, I missed Emma the other day....
I've just watched SHREK 2... it was alright the first time I saw it.. but SHREK 1 will always be the one and only!!

Mighty ---- this film was GOOD. It's based off the book Freak, the Mighty (good book by the way; super cute) and the movie was really good as well. It had me bawling.
Kiki's Delivery Service ---- it'd been a long time since I saw this and I really enjoyed seeing it again. Hayao Miyazaki's brilliant and I never mind the dubbed voices with Miyazaki's films because they're always superb.

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl - My grandmother wanted to see it. Unfortunately she couldn't understand half of what was going on, since I guess she has a hard time with British accents...and she fell asleep partway through...but nonetheless, I enjoyed it once again.
Spider-Man 3 (twice) - I don't care if Peter is all emo and creepy in this one, I still love it. Although I cried at the ending. Again. Darn you, Harry!
Pride & Prejudice - AWWW. <3 <3 <3
Monsters, Inc. - Watching it without sound is really fun! Especially when they make funny faces and scream.
Santa Claus Is Coming To Town - It's a cute little Christmas mini-movie, made me smile.

Letters from Iwo Jima
Such a heartbreaking and passionate movie. Words cannot describe how amazingly wonderful this movie is. Clint Eastwood deserves every award he gets, and more. It really should have won best film, and best director, "The Departed" has nothing on this one.
