Uh, it's a 2005 movie with Ryan Gosling as a suicidal art student and Ewan McGregor as the psychiatrist trying to save him. *Nods* Not good enough to vividly remember, but weird enough to stick with you.

flags of our fathers. after all the good things i'd heard about it, i have to say i was disappointed - it was heavy-handed in delivering its message at times, and it tried to be cleverer than it needed to be (the overly-complicated structure was totally unnecessary and only weakened the film). and somebody needs to start giving jamie bell better roles - he's the most talented actor of his generation for pete's sake!

"27 Dresses"
I just got back from seeing this at the theater. It was sweet movie, not wonderful, but a good romantic comedy.

X-Men - Why hadn't I seen this movie yet?! I mean, it might just be because I'm slightly obsessed with mutants at the moment (I have Spider-Man and Maximum Ride to thank for that ) but still. Now I must go find 2 and 3...

Howls Moving Castle
Wonderful movie! I really enjoyed it. Plus, Howl having the voice of Christian Bale didn't hurt, either . I totally fell in love with him.
I like the book better, but this was good too.

"Zodiac"
Even Jake Gyllenhaal couldn't save this one. It was about an hour too long and boring to the point that I spent the last thirty minutes sitting on my hands to keep from turning it off. Pity.

Really? I thought that it was one of the best WW II movies. It and Letters from Iwo Jima. War is a deep thing, and i thought that Eastwood shot it perfectly... and War is complicated, it's more than just bullets and tanks. There are politcs and emotions behind it. Even if it doesn't seem that way.

@Eru: Oh my goodness, the random muslin! XD There is always one of those kind of women in a Jane Austen story. XD
@tim4x: Ahhh, I've never seen it, but I remember hearing about it.
"Never Been Kissed". AWWW! Always a cute movie. The ending always makes me a bit giddy. I mean honestly, who wouldn't want Michael Vartan running up to you on a baseball field?!

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe
WOO! I always love this movie. I think I'll watch it again tonight; I could just watch it over and over, with all the commentaries, of course.

A pretty bad remake of "Thirteen Ghosts". The original was brilliant but this one... not so much.

"American Psycho"
Oh my god, I love this movie so much. It's got to be Christian Bale's best performance.
Bateman: I don't think we should see each other anymore.
Evelyn: Why? What's wrong?
Bateman: I need to engage in homicidal behavior on a massive scale. It cannot be corrected but I have no other way to fulfill my needs.
