"All The King's Men". The newest version with Sean Penn and Jude Law.

All I can say is that its VERY powerful. Holy crap.

Sean Penn is electrifying. And Jude Law is just gorgeously emo. :P

"You don't vote, you don't matter!!"

I suggest ya'll watch it.

Just finished watching Sleepy Hollow - another bloody brilliant movie! Of course, Tim Burton's films always are. I cannot wait to watch Sweeney Todd when it comes out on DVD.

The Beauty and the Beast: Watching it with a bunch of hopeless romantic teenage girls(such as myself), is one of the best experiences ever.

Really? It was scary? I suppose for some. But I'm glad you liked the music!! :)

ANYWAY, "Gone Baby Gone"

Going into it, I didn't know what to expect.

But, WOW! Holy crap!!

That was a VERY brilliant film. I can't really explain it, but it was wonderful. Casey Affleck has a lot of potential. :) I really like him. His brother's screenplay was AWESOMENESS.

OH, (I can't believe I'm gonna say this) but Ed Harris in tight jeans =

Ha ha ha ha! Ed Harris is LOVE man!

I recommend this movie to ALL! There's just a lot of swearing, and some crazy shoot out scenes.

But, OH, I enjoyed this film very much.

The Black Cauldron - haha, it makes me laugh that Disney just totally ignores this movie. Of course, if you're comparing it to the books, it's total junk. But as a standalone movie, it's not bad. Gurgi is just...beyond adorable. :D

Elizabethtown - AWWWW. It has been waaaaay too long since I have seen this movie.

While You Were Sleeping - This is one of the few "chick flicks" I can watch more than once. Mostly for Sandra Bullock's line "Hey, there...Fluffy" on the spot, to the cat.

And in various order, all three X-Men movies. Again. I seriously need a life. :P

Schindler's List
One word. Emotional. Moving. Powerful. Creative. Thought Provoking. Painful. Creative. Wonderful.

I'm a little stunned... it was amazing. Liam Neeson was amazing. The story line was shocking, and wow...

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - because I need to quit watching X-Men and it's been FORVER since I've seen this movie. And I also need something to tide me over until May 16th, which cannot come fast enough.

Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End.

Yes this IS the very first time that I saw the movie. I never even saw the previews for the thing, so it was better than expected. Much better than DMC but not as good as CotBP. First bits of everything are usually the best...

@Darky: I love how your "one word," turned into nine. :P But, you're exactly right when it comes to describing that film.

Anyway,

"The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford"

WHOA. Now this was an interesting film. Extremely long, but I didn't mind.
It was absolutely fascinating. It was SOOO well done, I couldn't believe it. Every single performance was just incredible. The cinematography was fabulous. Great screenplay.

Brad Pitt was his awesome self as usual. :P And I can't stop saying how wonderful Casey Affleck was. What was so fascinating about this film, was you felt for EVERY SINGLE character, not just Jesse and not just Bob. So heartbreaking.

Highly recommend this film. *nod nod*

@MB: well... it's true. I'm still shocked over it and those were the few words I could think of to describe it.

Stardust
I love this movie... I may have an uber large crush on Septimus though...
