<b>All About Eve</b> - absolutely brilliant! George Sanders is great. <b>Citizen Kane</b>, also great.  <b>His Girl Friday</b> - I love Cary Grant's character  <b>Invasion of the Body Snatchers</b>, the original version! <b>The Inspector General</b> - Danny Kaye is pretty much amazing.
I didn't realize I'd watched so many movies lately

"Defiance"
Let me preface this by saying my favorite part of the film:
JAMIE FREAKING BELL. GAWD DANG. He's talented and absolutely droolworthy, even when he's dirty and speaking in a fake accent.
Anyway, it was pretty good. I think that if it wasn't a true story the impact of it would have been lessened quite a bit, because the storytelling was very fragmented and there was little character development due to the huge ensemble cast. That being said, I cried at the end. Not so much because of the film itself, but because books and movies about the Holocaust always leave me feeling gutted and absolutely devastated.

Finally! I've wanted to see this movie for ages, so I was pretty psyched when I saw it on a TV channel while I was flipping through.

"Serenity" last night.
I was psyched by the end of it. I forgot how much I love River Tam. And Jayne. And Mr Universe. Only it made it want to start watching Firefly, which is a bad thing, because I don't have time. :/ Anyways... watching "The Prestige" tonight! woot.

I watched Ondskan tonight, it's a swedish movie based on a swedish book.

it wasn't exactly what I thought it'd be like, I mean it was and yet... it wasn't. If that makes sense. 
in short I was pretty much disappointed with how they adapted the book into a movie. 
gah, I had had SUCH high hope for this movie... the book was so good. 
and then they sorta ruined it all in the movie. 
One of the best things I have seen a long, long time. Five hours of just pure perfection. I am so glad I asked for this at Christmas and that I decided to watch it. If I could have seen it all in one go, I would have done. Like a good book you don't want to put down.
