I am quite sad now. Why have I been exposed to the talent of Heath Ledger after there won't be anymore performances to come?

He's Just Not That Into You
It was alright. Looked better in the advert. But I saw the trailer for HBP and it looks amazing.

I think we all are.
On a lighter note ... ha ha ha!
"Mansfield Park"
The 1999 version.
*squeeeeeeeeeeee*
To be honest, I think this may be while not my single favourite of the film adaptations, it's at the top with the other greats. After seeing it only once. I'm completely infatuated with it. I mean, I adored my dear Billie Piper in the recent version ... but THIS! Oh wow. AHHHH! How did I NOT know about it?!
I know that it was a loose adaptation at times and incorporated other things of Jane Austen and the director took some artistic liberties ... but all for the better in my opinion! It was extremely well done. And Jonny Lee Miller! AHH! I had NO idea he was in this. Absolutely fantastic surprise. And he was so adorably heartbreaking and sweet! And YOUNG! *squee* At least for me, I know it's a good Jane Austen-esque movie when it makes me feel so like a girl. HA HA HA! If that makes any sense ...

Mamma Mia
Not exactly the thing to watch the day before valentine's day and being undecidedly angrily single.
Wooh...

The Cronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe
Yeah. This one has a sorta long-ish explanation to what posessed me to watch it...
I never really wanted to see Narnia, because I had never read the books and I was too busy being obsessed with Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean. So it got pushed down on the list of movies to watch.
But yesterday Disney was playing it and I figured, "Well, PD's a big fan of it, so maybe I'd like it too." I started out watching it from where Edmund and the White Witch are in her castle and she freezes Mr. Tumnus... I watched it until Peter, Susan and Lucy went to talk to Aslan at that camp-like place, and then I had to go eat supper.
Flipping around the channels later, I discovered they were doing an encore presentation, and I thought I'd try watching it again. I started from the part where Edmund hits the ball through the window and the Pevensies run off to hide, and I didn't think I would really like the movie that much.
However, I was proven wrong. I thought the movie was really sweet and the ending made me cry and sorta gave me goosebumps. I'm not as obsessed about it as maybe TT or PD are, but I thought it was really a great story and now I have to rent Prince Caspian. Aye, I never thought I'd jump onto the Narnia train, but hey, it's a pleasant surprise.

Shadowlands.
The film was not bad in itself, but the portrayal of CS Lewis didn't do him any credit.

Ara, Aw... it's so nice to hear you liked Narnia. Me? Obsessed? Why I never...
Rain Man - because it's awesome. At least I think it is. So sweet, and funny, and beautifully acted.
Bits and pieces of Star Wars:The Rise of the Clones or something... what the heck is that movie called? Anyway, I've never really been able to get into SW, even the older ones, which are better, imho, and to which I have an emotional attachment. Anyway... I disliked it.

The Scent of a Woman
My mother really needs to work on her movie renting skills... It was worse than I thought it would be, but it was better than I thought it would suck. I really liked the ending more than the rest of the movie. And Al Pacino was surprisingly decent, I normally don't like him.

X-Men
Okay, I forgot two things. How awesome Ian McKellen is and how hot Famke Janssen is. And she still looks really good.
